Abstract: This application discloses a thermal management system for a battery pack and a thermal management system for an electric vehicle. the thermal management system for the battery pack includes: a thermal management device for the battery pack, a processor, and a solenoid valve network connected to the thermal management device for the battery pack. An external port of the solenoid valve network is connected to an external cooling system. The processor is configured to control operating status of a solenoid valve in the solenoid valve network, so that the thermal management device for the battery pack heats the battery pack by using heat generated by the external cooling system.

Abstract: In a battery heating system an inverter includes a first-phase bridge arm, a second-phase bridge arm and a third-phase bridge arm connected in parallel, each of a upper bridge arm and a lower bridge arm is provided with a switch module, the switch module is connected in parallel with a buffer module; and a motor controller in the inverter is provided for providing driving signals to the switch module of a target upper bridge arm and the switch module of a target lower bridge arm to control the switch module of the upper bridge arm of any bridge arm among the three phases of bridge arms and the switch module of the lower bridge arm of at least one bridge arm among the bridge arms except the bridge arm where the switch module of the target upper bridge arm is located to be periodically turned on and off.

Abstract: A battery pack system includes a battery pack, a battery management module, a discharge circuit module, a charge circuit module and an energy storage module. The battery pack is connected to the discharge circuit module in series and the battery pack is connected to the charge circuit module in series. The battery management module is configured to monitor a temperature of the battery pack, and if the temperature is lower than a first temperature threshold, send a switch-on instruction to the discharge circuit module and the charge circuit module alternately at a regulation frequency. The discharge circuit module is configured to switch on according to the switch-on instruction to enable electricity of the battery pack to flow into the energy storage module. The charge circuit module is configured to switch on according to the switch-on instruction to enable electricity of the energy storage module to flow into the battery pack.

Abstract: The present application discloses a heating module, a heating method for a battery module, and a heating system. The heating module includes: an energy storage unit, a first switch unit, a second switch unit and a control unit. The energy storage unit, a first battery unit in a battery module and the first switch unit may form a first heating loop; the energy storage unit, a second battery unit in the battery module, and the second switch unit may form a second heating loop. The control unit may control the first switch unit or the second switch unit, so as to sequentially switch on, between the first heating loop and the second heating loop, a heating loop where a battery unit with a higher state of charge is located and a heating loop where a battery unit with a lower state of charge is located.

Abstract: The present application discloses a thermal management method for a battery pack. The method includes: under a condition that an electric vehicle is in a stationary state, obtaining a power-on time of the battery pack in the electric vehicle; under a condition of determining that the battery pack has a thermal management demand, determining a target temperature of the battery pack according to a connection state of a charging interface of the electric vehicle and a charging device; determining a thermal management starting time of the battery pack based on the target temperature of the battery pack and the power-on time; and under a condition that the thermal management starting time arrives, performing thermal management on the battery pack so that a temperature of the battery pack reaches the target temperature before the power-on time arrives.

Abstract: A thermal management device and a battery pack are provided. The thermal management device applied in a battery pack. The battery pack includes a case and a plurality of cells received in the case. The thermal management device includes: a thermal management loop attached to each cell and at least partially covering a part of a vent of each cell; a heat exchange member communicating with the thermal management loop; and a power component connected between the thermal management loop and the heat exchange member. A heat exchange medium with a fire-extinguishing function is provided within the thermal management loop. The thermal management loop is broken in a condition where at least one cell is subjected to thermal runaway such that the heat exchange medium flows into an explosion-proof port of the at least one cell.
