Abstract: The disclosure provides a battery heating system and a control method thereof. The system includes a first switch, a second switch, a switch component, a motor, and a main controller. The first switch, the second switch, the switch component and the main controller are integrated in a same housing. The main controller is to determine, based on a state parameter of the battery pack, that the battery pack needs to be heated, and to send a battery heating request to a vehicle controller, so as to enable the vehicle controller to send a battery heating instruction to the main controller according to the battery heating request in a case where a vehicle is in a static state and the motor is not operating; and to control, based on the battery heating instruction, the first switch, the second switch and the switch component so as to heat the battery pack.

Abstract: A battery pack heating system includes: a main positive switch, a main negative switch, an inverter, an external port, a motor, a control module for auxiliary charging branch, a vehicle control unit, a motor control unit, and a battery management module. The battery management module is configured to send, when an acquired state parameter of the battery pack meets a preset low-temperature-low-power condition, a low-temperature-low-power heating request instruction to the vehicle control unit and the control module respectively. The control module is configured to send a first control signal to control the auxiliary charging branch to be connected. The vehicle control unit is configured to send a second control signal to enable the motor control unit to control on-off of the switch modules in the inverter, and a third control signal to enable the battery management module to control on-off of the main positive switch.

Abstract: Disclosed is a traction battery self-heating control method and a device. Acquiring a second temperature of a rotor at a current sampling time according to system parameters and a first temperature of the rotor at a previous sampling time, and estimating a third temperature of the rotor at a next sampling time according to the first temperature and the second temperature, and stopping the self-heating of the traction battery when the third temperature reaches a demagnetization temperature of the rotor. Whether to stop the self-heating of the traction battery is determined by estimating a rotor temperature under the self-heating condition, and comparing the rotor temperature with the demagnetization temperature of the rotor, and thus the self-heating control of the traction battery is realized.

The method is used for improving charging stability and safety of a battery.

The method includes: obtaining a battery cell temperature of a power battery, and sending a first control signal to an inverter when the battery cell temperature meets a preset power battery heating condition, where the first control signal is configured to control the inverter to convert a current provided by the power battery into an alternating current with a randomly changing frequency, and the alternating current with a randomly changing frequency is configured to supply power to a permanent magnet motor. New frequency components may be introduced to evenly distribute originally concentrated radial electromagnetic forces to an entire stator, thereby reducing vibration noises during the heating process of the power battery.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery heating system and a control method thereof. The inverter includes a first phase bridge arm, a second phase bridge arm and a third phase bridge arm connected in parallel. A motor controller in the inverter is configured to output a drive signal to a target upper-bridge-arm switch unit and a target lower-bridge-arm switch unit, so as to control the target upper-bridge-arm switch unit and the target lower-bridge-arm switch unit to be periodically turned on and off. The battery management unit is configured to collect state parameters of the battery pack. When the state parameters of the battery pack meet preset heating conditions, a control signal is sent to the motor controller to control the motor controller to output the drive signal.
