摘要: In a packaging material for a battery constituted by a laminate body having at least a base material layer, a bonding layer, a metal layer and a sealant layer in this order, the bonding layer satisfies at least two of the following properties (1) to (3). (1) The hardness is 20 to 115 MPa when an indenter is pressed into the bonding layer by 5 μm from the cross-section of the laminate body using a nano-indenter. (2) The peak temperature is 10 to 60° C. for the loss modulus peak that is acquired when a dynamic viscoelasticity is measured at a frequency of 1 Hz for the bonding layer. (3) IH/IM is 0.15 to 1.5, where an integral value of peak areas existing in 2800 to 3000 cm−1 is defined as IM, and an integral value of peak areas existing in 3100 to 3500 cm−1 is defined as IH.

摘要: A packaging material for batteries, which is not susceptible to warping, while having excellent formability. A packaging material for batteries is configured from a laminate that is sequentially provided at least with one or more substrate layers, a barrier layer, a cured resin layer and a thermally fusible resin layer in this order. At least one of the substrate layers is formed of a polybutylene terephthalate film; and the value (X/Y) which is obtained by dividing the puncture strength X (N) of the laminate by the thickness Y (μm) of the polybutylene terephthalate film, the puncture strength X (N) being determined by piercing the laminate from the substrate layer side by a method that complies with the prescription of JIS Z1707 (1997), is 1.02 N/μm or more.

When infrared absorption spectrum on the polyester film's surface in 18 directions at intervals of 10° from 0°-180° is obtained using total reflection method of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, the ratio of the maximum value and the minimum value of the ratio (Y1340/Y1410) of the absorption peak intensity Y1340 in 1340 cm−1 and the absorption peak intensity Y1410 in 1410 cm−1 in the infrared absorption spectrum is in the range of 1.4-2.7.

The packaging material is a laminate having at least a coating layer, a barrier layer, and a sealant layer in the stated order, the coating layer including a single- or multiple-layer configuration formed by a cured product of a resin composition containing a heat-curable resin and curing accelerator, the laminate having a piercing strength of at least 5 N, as measured in compliance with JIS 1707:1997, and the coating layer having a breakdown voltage of at least 1.0 kV, as measured in compliance with JIS C2110-1.

摘要: Battery packaging material wherein a sheet-like laminated body is formed by sequentially stacking at least a base layer, metal layer, and sealant layer, the battery packaging material being equipped with substantially rectangular space that is formed to protrude from the sealant layer side toward the base layer side, and accommodates a battery element on the sealant layer side. In planar view from the base layer side view, a first and second curved sections are provided from the center portion toward the battery packaging material end parts, in a cross section in the thickness direction on a line connecting opposing corner parts protruding in a substantially rectangular shape. The thickness (a) of the metal layer at the first curved section, (c) of the metal layer at the second curved section, and (b) of the metal layer at the section located between the first and second curved sections, satisfy the following relationship a≥b>c or a≥c>b.

A battery packaging material comprising a layered body obtained by sequentially layering at least a substrate layer, an adhesive layer, a metal layer and a sealant layer, wherein the substrate layer is configured in a manner such that the sum (A+B) of a value (A) equal to stress when stretching to 50% in the MD direction/stress when stretching to 5% and a value (B) equal to stress when stretching to 50% in the TD direction/stress when stretching to 5% satisfies the relationship A+B≥3.5.

摘要: Provided is a cell packaging material having a high insulating performance and durability. A cell packaging material comprising a layered body provided with at least a substrate layer, a metal layer, an adhesive layer, and a heat-fusible resin layer in the stated order. The adhesive layer has a resin composition that contains an acid-modified polyolefin and an epoxy resin. In probe displacement amount measurements involving the use of a thermal mechanical analyzer, when a probe is placed on the surface of the adhesive layer at an end part of the cell packaging material and the probe is heated from 40° C. to 220° C., the position of the probe does not drop in relation to the initial value.
