Abstract: A transmissive sampling module used to fix a test object to allow a spectrometer body to obtain optical information of the test object and includes a bearing base, a light emitting element, an adapter element and a sample accommodating device. The bearing base includes a first accommodating tank body. The light emitting element is disposed in the bearing base and used to emit an illumination beam. The adapter element is disposed in the first accommodating tank body and further includes a body portion and an abutting rib extending from the body portion. The body portion and the abutting rib jointly form a second accommodating tank body. The sample accommodating device at least partially surface-contacts with a second tank surface through a second light exit. A spectrometer having the transmissive sampling module is provided.

Abstract: The transmissive sampling module includes a light emitting element, an accommodation tank, and a lens group having a positive refractive power. The light emitting element is configured to emit an illumination beam. The accommodation tank is configured to accommodate an object to be measured. The lens group includes a first lens and a second lens. The first lens and the second lens are respectively located at a first side and a second side of the accommodation tank. The accommodation tank is located between the first lens and the second lens. The illumination beam is transmitted to the object after passing through the first lens. The object converts the illumination beam into a sample beam. The sample beam is transmitted to a main body of the spectrometer after passing through the second lens. A transmissive spectrometer having a transmissive sampling module is also provided.

Abstract: A spectrometer and a spectrum measurement method thereof are provided. An analog-to-digital converter converts an amplified signal into a digital signal according to a reference voltage provided by a variable reference voltage generation circuit and amplifies the digital signal according to a target signal value, thereby approximating a signal value of the amplified digital signal to the target signal value. A control circuit outputs a spectral signal according to the amplified digital signal. A user can obtain spectrum measurement results that can be easily interpreted by the spectrometer and the spectrum measurement method thereof, without changing hardware or software, so as to improve convenience of use of the spectrometer.

Abstract: A spectrometer system including a spectrometer device, a mobile apparatus and a cloud server is provided. The spectrometer device scans a target object according to one of a plurality of sets of spectral scan setting parameters to generate spectral data. The mobile apparatus sets the spectrometer device to select one set from the plurality of sets spectral scan setting parameters for scanning the target object. The mobile apparatus receives the spectral data from the spectrometer device and outputs the spectral data. The cloud server stores detection models and the spectral data received from the mobile apparatus, and analyzes the spectral data according to one of the detection models to output an analysis result to the mobile apparatus. The spectrometer system can reduce network transmission traffic and prevent object analysis and model building from being affected by unregulated spectral data so correctness of spectral scan can be controlled.

Abstract: A drug scanning and identification system including a spectrometer, a drug holder, a mobile device and a drug identification model is provided. The spectrometer includes a light source, a diffraction grating, a light-absorption element, a wavelength selector, and a single-point photodetector. The drug holder includes a transparent area and a light-absorption area. The drug is disposed on the transparent area. The light-absorption area surrounds the transparent area. The mobile device is adapted to send a control command to trigger the spectrometer scanning the drug so as to obtain spectrum data of the drug. The spectrometer is adapted to transmit the spectrum data of the drug to the drug identification model. The drug identification model is adapted to identify the spectrum data of the drug such that the drug identification model generates an identification result. The identification result is displayed by the mobile device.

Abstract: A sample carrier is provided for carrying a liquid sample to be measured by a spectrometer. The sample carrier includes a frame body and a mesh-like carrier body. The frame body has a notch located at the bottom of the frame body. The mesh-like carrier body is fixed to the frame body and located at the notch, the mesh-like carrier body has a plurality of apertures, and the liquid sample is retained in at least some of the apertures. Also provided is a spectrometer including the sample carrier. The sample carrier is capable of carrying the liquid sample and allows simple light path control.
