A method of spectrum coordination includes a spectrum coordinator receiving a request for shared spectrum from a CRS that the spectrum coordinator supports. The request includes at least one minimum protection requirement. The spectrum coordinator determines protection criteria for the CRS based on the at least one minimum protection requirement received from the CRS. The spectrum coordinator sends the protection criteria for the CRS to a geo-location database for use in assigning shared spectrum to other CRSs that the spectrum coordinator does not support.

    摘要: Power control for devices having multiple transmit antennas are disclosed, including power control methods for Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) and Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) transmissions for a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU). The PUCCH and SRS power control methods include selecting a multiple input multiple output (MIMO) mode and changing the power of the PUCCH or SRS transmission based on the selected MIMO mode. Another power control method estimates an antenna gain imbalance (AGI) for a WTRU having at least two transmit antennas. The AGI is based on measuring a Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) on each transmit antenna. Each transmit antenna is then scaled by an AGI scaling factor based on the estimated AGI.

In one example, a device may receive configuration information that includes a maximum channel occupancy time (MCOT) and a plurality of parameters including a plurality of transmission opportunity windows (TOWs). Based on the configuration information, the device may split a transmission into a plurality of bursts that may be grouped into sets of bursts based on how many bursts fit within a TOW. The number of bursts in a set of bursts may be less than or equal to the MCOT. The device may perform a clear channel assessment (CCA) to determine if the channel is busy and to determine a start time within the TOW for the bursts. The device may then transmit the set of bursts for that TOW, where each burst may have a burst indicator (BI).
