    Abstract: A vehicle drive assembly with transverse dual-power-source, comprising two power sources and an automatic transmission (10). The automatic transmission (10) is provided with a first input shaft (21) and a second input shaft (22), and the two power sources are respectively connected to the two input shafts (21, 22); a first intermediate shaft (31), a second intermediate shaft (32) and a second input shaft (22) are provided coaxial with the first input shaft (21); the third intermediate shaft (33) is provided parallel to the first input shaft (21), and a fourth intermediate shaft (34) is provided coaxial with the third intermediate shaft (33); a first gear (11) on the first intermediate shaft (31) and a second gear (12) on the third intermediate shaft (33) are in engaged transmission; a third gear (13) on the second intermediate shaft (32) and a fourth gear (14) on the fourth intermediate shaft (34) are in engaged transmission; and a differential (50) is provided with a fifth gear, the third gear (13) and the fourth gear (14) are in engaged transmission, and the fourth gear (14) is simultaneously in engaged transmission with a fifth gear (15). The drive assembly, in an aspect, has a reduced longitudinal dimension, to be adapted for vehicles of a compact structure, and, in another aspect, uses a small quantity of gears, which simplifies the transmission structure.

    Abstract: A vehicle electrically driving assembly, connected to the rear or front axle half shaft of the vehicle, that includes: an electric motor, a speed reducer, an electromagnetic tooth-mounted clutch and a differential. The speed reducer has multiple stages of gears, an input shaft and an intermediate shaft; the differential is connected between the axle half shafts; the electromagnetic tooth-mounted clutch is installed on the input shaft or the intermediate shaft of the speed reducer or on the axle half shafts. When the electromagnetic tooth-mounted clutch is in engagement, driving force of the electric motor is transmitted to the vehicle axle via the speed reducer and the electromagnetic jaw clutch, to provide an auxiliary driving force to the vehicle. When the power of the entire vehicle is insufficient at the acceleration phase, the electrically driving assembly, by using the electromagnetic jaw clutch, provides an auxiliary driving force to the entire vehicle.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an integrated electrical motor, comprising at least two sets of corresponding stators and rotors, wherein the at least two sets of corresponding stators and rotors are mounted within the same housing, and are connected to the corresponding controllers, and the rotors are mounted on the same shaft. The total output torque of the electrical motor can be distributed to the shaft from different stator/rotor pairs, and when one or more of the sets of stators and rotors have malfunction, the remaining stators and rotors maintain running. The integrated electrical motor of the present disclosure has compact structure, small axial dimension, distributable torque, high safety margin and high reliability.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an electric-machine shaft, wherein the electric-machine shaft is provided with a hollow structure in an axial direction at least one end, and the hollow structure is, at a position close to the end, provided with a coolant pumping mechanism having a spiral groove, so that the coolant is able to enter the hollow structure by an attractive force generated by rotation of the electric-machine shaft; the spiral groove is provided on an inner surface of an annular member, the annular member is fixedly mounted to the hollow structure, or the spiral groove is directly provided on an inner surface of the hollow structure; and the electric-machine shaft is provided with a plurality of groups of coolant channels in an axial direction, the coolant channels are in communication with the hollow structure, and when the electric-machine shaft is rotating, oil liquid inside the hollow structure is thrown out by the coolant channels, to cool components inside an electric-machine housing. In the present disclosure, by providing the hollow structure and the coolant pumping mechanism, a structure similar to a pump is formed, and when the electric-machine shaft is rotating, the coolant can be attracted into the hollow structure, and then be thrown out by the coolant channels, which realizes the cooling and lubrication of the components inside the electric-machine housing, and improves the capacity of heat dissipation of the electric machine.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an oil-lubrication mechanism for a fore bearing of a water-cooled electric motor and an electric-motor driving assembly, which solves the problems of conventional grease lubrication of the fore bearing of water-cooled electric motors such as serious bearing heat generation and bearing failure and low life caused by easy outflowing of the grease. The oil-lubrication mechanism includes a gear-splashing oil-storage structure provided in a gearbox or a reduction gearbox, and a bearing-baffle oil-storage structure provided at a front end of the water-cooled electric motor; and a gear in the gearbox or the reduction gearbox in operation throws a lubricating oil into the gear-splashing oil-storage structure, and the lubricating oil is delivered via the oil conduit into the bearing-baffle oil-storage structure, thereby lubricating the fore bearing of the water-cooled electric motor, and subsequently the lubricating oil flows back into the gearbox or the reduction gearbox via the oil return tube. In the present disclosure, the lubricating oil that splashes inside the gearbox or the reduction gearbox is introduced into the fore bearing of the water-cooled electric motor, which enables the fore bearing of the water-cooled electric motor to be lubricated by the oil, thereby reducing the heat generation of the fore bearing of the water-cooled electric motor, and improving the life of the fore bearing and the reliability of the electric motor.

    Abstract: An electromagnetic dog clutch is disclosed to solve the technical problem in conventional electromagnetic dog clutches that the friction is easy to occur between a bearing seat and an end cap of a movable gear sleeve. The electromagnetic dog clutch comprises a movable gear sleeve (5) and a fixed gear sleeve (12) that mesh with each other for transmission. A first end cap (6) is provided on an outer side of the movable gear sleeve (5), a bearing (1) is provided on an outer circumference of the movable gear sleeve (5), the bearing (1) is embedded in a bearing seat (7), a rear end of the bearing seat (7) is provided with a positioning surface, and a front end of the first end cap (6) is a vertical plane that matches the positioning surface of the bearing seat (7). The front end of the first end cap (6) is provided with a positioning pin (15), the rear end of the bearing seat (7) is provided with a positioning hole to cooperate with the positioning pin (15), and the positioning pin (15) is inserted into the positioning hole to limit the bearing seat (7) and the first end cap (6) so that they can move in an axial direction relative to each other but cannot rotate relative to each other, thereby preventing the occurrence of friction between them.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of clutches, and particularly relates to an electromagnetic jaw clutch. The electromagnetic jaw clutch includes a movable gear sleeve and a fixed gear sleeve that are in engagement transmission, a fixed armature is nested to an outer side of the fixed gear sleeve, the fixed armature and the fixed gear sleeve have a gap therebetween, and have a fixed position, a solenoid is provided inside the fixed armature, a movable armature is rotatably nested to an outer side of the movable gear sleeve, the movable armature is movable along with the movable gear sleeve in an axial direction, and when the solenoid is electrified, the solenoid attracts the movable armature to the fixed armature, to cause the movable gear sleeve and the fixed gear sleeve to be engaged. The present disclosure provides an electromagnetic clutching system that has a compact structure, has no auxiliary executing structure and can be conveniently operated, which can be applied to electrically driving systems of new-energy vehicles. The system controls the transmission and disconnection of power torque.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a split-type electromagnet, wherein the split-type electromagnet comprises a housing and an iron core, the housing and the iron core are of a split type, wherein the iron core is fixed within the housing after the coil has been wound on the iron core, and the housing is a cylindrical body or an ellipsoidal body or a cross section of the housing is a sector-shaped ring or a rectangular ring. Compared with the integrated type of the housing and the iron core in the prior art, the winding of the coil of the electromagnet is more convenient. Furthermore, when the cross section of the housing of the electromagnet is a sector-shaped ring, a plurality of electromagnets are combined to form an electromagnet unit, and when the space is restricted, the electromagnet unit may be used to complete the electromagnetic attraction.
