摘要: Disclosed is a polylactic acid composition with improved heat-resistance and improved impact-resistance. Specifically, in the disclosed polylactic acid composition, both impact strength and heat-resistance are improved by mixing 30 to 80 wt % of polyketone and 10 to 40 wt % of modified rubber. The disclosed polylactic acid composition does not only exhibit excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, fuel permeation resistance, abrasion resistance, etc., but also has improved impact-resistance and improved heat resistance. Thus, it is possible to employ polylactic acid as a bioplastic in interior/exterior parts of a vehicle.

摘要: Disclosed is a lightweight, noise-absorbable and adiabatic polyester panel, which has excellent fire-retardancy, and horizontal and vertical drag forces. The noise-absorbable and adiabatic panel includes a middle plate, having a plurality of strips attached to each other and then subjected to a fire-retardant treating process using a fire-retardant agent liquid. Additionally, first and second exterior plates are respectively attached to upper and lower surfaces of the middle plate in such a way that fibers of the strips run perpendicular with respect to the first and second exterior plates. In this regard, the strips are formed by perpendicularly cutting a horizontally piled polyester synthetic fiber so that the strips each have a predetermined length of. Furthermore, the middle plate is subjected to a fire-retardant treating process using the fire-retardant agent liquid, including 55 to 75 wt % of sodium silicate solution with a molar ratio of 2.1 to 2.9 ((SiO2/Na2O)×1.032), 0.5 to 7 wt % of carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.1 to 5 wt % of polyvinyl alcohol, and water. Accordingly, the noise-absorbable and adiabatic panel including the middle plate is usefully applied to lightweight construction interior and exterior material with excellent vertical and horizontal drag forces and fire-retardancy.

摘要: Non-activated tissue-regeneration polypeptides (TRPs) and the preparation methods thereof are disclosed. The TRPs contain: a protein transduction domain (PTD) making the polypeptides to permeate a cell membrane without cell membrane receptors; a furin activation domain (FAD) which has at least one proprotein convertase cleavage site and which can be cleaved by the proprotein convertase and activate a tissue regeneration domain (TRD) in cells; and a tissue regeneration domain (TRD) which can be activated by the proprotein convertase cleavage of the FAD to stimulate the growth or formation of tissues or to induce the regeneration of tissues. The TRPs can be practically mass-produced by the culture of bacteria, such as recombinant E. coli, and are in a non-activated state before in vivo administration. Thus, their production cost is only a few tenths of the prior active proteins having uses similar thereto, and processes for their separation, purification, handling, storage and administration are significantly simple and convenient. The in vivo administration of the TRPs can stimulate the formation or regeneration of tissues, such as bones or cartilages, or improve the fibrosis and cirrhosis of organs, such as kidneys, liver, lungs and heart by pharmacological mechanisims completely different from those of prior rhBMPs or TGF-β proteins. Accordingly, the TRPs will be useful as drugs having new mechanisms.
