摘要: The present invention is intended to transmit and receive desired data at low communication cost by selecting Recommendation T.30 in accordance with the estimation of line condition during the execution of procedures of Recommendations V.8 and V.34. At a calling station, when a JM signal is not detected within a CM signal transmission time t1, when a phase 2 signal is not detected within a time t2 after the end of V.8, when a phase 3 signal is not detected within a time t3 after the end of the phase 2, when a phase 4 signal is not detected within a time t4 after the end of the phase 3, when a phase 6 signal is not detected within a time t5 after the end of the phase 5, or when the phase 4 signal is not detected within a time t6 after the end of the phases 6 and C, it is presumed that the line condition is improper and a procedure of Recommendation T.30 is executed. At a called station, when a CJ signal is not detected within a JM signal transmission time t7, when the phase 2 signal is not detected within a time t8 after the end of Recommendation V.8, when the phase 3 signal is not detected within a time t9 after the end of the phase 2, when the phase 4 signal is not detected within a time t10 after the end of the phase 3, when the phase 6 signal is not detected within a time t11 after the end of the phase 5, or when the phase 4 signal is not detected within a time t12 after the end of the phases 6 and C, it is presumed that the line condition is improper, and the procedure of Recommendation T.30 is executed.

摘要: The invention offers a high-frequency circuit substrate that sufficiently decreases the transmission delay and transmission loss in comparison with the conventional high-frequency circuit substrate. In the offered high-frequency circuit substrate, a dielectric layer made of fluororesin is brought into intimate contact directly with a metal conductor that is used for wiring and that has a surface not subjected to coarsening treatment or primer treatment. The offered high-frequency circuit substrate causes a transmission loss of −3 dB/m or less at a frequency of 1 GHz and has a combined specific inductive capacity of 2.6 or less and a combined dielectric loss tangent of 0.0007 or less.

摘要: In a communications device, a terminal machine transmits/receives data over a network and makes a request for a response to a data transmission from a receiving-end machine. In the terminal machine, an e-mail message identifying unit determines whether data to be received over the network is response data to the response request, and a main control unit controls so as to preferentially receive data identified as the response data by the e-mail message identifying unit over other data. Thus, if an e-mail message is transmitted with a request for a disposition verification, a reply message to the disposition verification request can be quickly received from the receiving-end machine.

摘要: A ventilating device in a power driven tool has a fan driven by a motor for cooling the motor and has an air flow channel for the air to flow to the outside after passing around the motor. The ventilating device includes an air passage member disposed in the air flow channel on the downstream side of the fan to form a part of the air flow channel. The air passage member includes a plurality of blow windows and a plurality of partition walls for separating the blow windows from each other. The blow windows are positioned in series in the rotational direction of the fan. The partition walls have different heights relative to and in the direction toward the fan such that the heights increase in the rotational direction of the fan.
