摘要： In an image processing for printing a monochrome image, color deviation can be suppressed to print a favorable monochrome image. Specifically, the printing of a monochrome image is performed by using black ink in all of a color reproduction region (color gamut) including a gray axis and regions other than the gray axis. This avoids the use of C, M, and Y for the expression of the monochrome image to suppress the color deviation due to slight imbalance among amounts of three colors of inks.

摘要： An image processing apparatus and information processing apparatus and method employs an output profile read-out unit that, according to a region designated by a preference selection unit, reads out one or more regional profiles from output profiles prepared for each such region. An output profile composing unit then combines the one or more output profiles based on a composition ratio input from the preference selection unit. The output profile is then input to a color matching processor for color matching.

摘要： Image data of a color patch is created using a printer profile according to a color conversion method and the image output apparatus 3 prints and outputs the color patch on a storage medium using the image data of this color patch. The color of each color patch recorded on the above-described storage medium is measured using the colorimeter 20, and the matching accuracy calculation section 8 calculates the accuracy (CRI) of color matching using the measurement data of the measurement result. The matching accuracy decision section 9 compares the CRI and a present threshold TH, decides the quality of the accuracy of color matching and notifies the decision result.

摘要： The present invention intends to prevent the communication distance from becoming shorter with a reduction in size of a coil antenna to the chip size and with a consequent decrease of an induced voltage. According to the present invention there is provided a semiconductor chip having a coil antenna and a circuit surface and adapted to transmit and receive signals by radio to and from an external device. The semiconductor chip has a configuration for increasing an electromagnetic coupling coefficient between the coil antenna and the external device. According to a concrete example thereof, a magnetic material is disposed, the coil antenna is formed by a stacked structure comprising plural conductor layers and insulating layers superimposed one on another, or the coil antenna is disposed outside an external form of a circuit of the semiconductor chip.

摘要： A lenticular method is known as method for forming stereoscopic images or animated images on a lenticular plate. This method uses a film as an aggregate element having a plurality of lenses provided with almost semi-cylindrical extrusions (circular extrusions). This invention relates to the image formation on a recording medium (lenticular plate) of a lenticular type. With the provision of a device for detecting relative misregisteration between images and the lenses constituting the lenticular plate, and a device for positioning the images and lenses, extra work and costs are saved. Also, with simple structures on both recording apparatus and plate sides, the formation of high quality stereoscopic images or animated images is materialized.

摘要： An image processor, a printing apparatus, and an image processing method are provided that can reduce, when a plurality of types of inks are used to print an image, the color unevenness that is caused by the variation of ejecting characteristics among a pluralities of nozzles. To realize this, for a color formed by overlapping at least two colors of inks, parameters are prepared that are determined so as to reduce the color difference in the printing medium due to the variation of the ejecting characteristic among the respective pluralities of nozzles. During printing, the parameters are used to correct the first color signal owned by the individual pixels to the second color signal.
