摘要: A motor assembly includes an electric motor and a speed reducing mechanism. The speed reducing mechanism includes: a housing; an internal gear supported by the inner diameter surface of the housing; eccentric disks capable of rotating inside the internal gear when the rotating shaft of the electric motor rotates; an output shaft having at the axial end thereof a cage rotatably disposed between the internal gear and the eccentric disks, the cage being arranged coaxially with the rotation axis of the eccentric disks; and rolling elements retained by the cage and meshing with internal teeth of the internal gear, the number of the rolling elements being smaller than the number of the internal teeth. The eccentric disks are provided on the rotating shaft of the electric motor.

摘要: A rotation transmission device includes a two-way clutch which is selectively engaged and disengaged by an electromagnetic clutch. The two-way clutch includes a control retainer and a rotary retainer. The control retainer and the rotary retainer have flanges and bars formed on outer peripheral portions of the respective flanges and arranged so as to circumferentially alternate with each other with pockets defined between adjacent bars. Two rollers are received in each pocket. When the control retainer and the rotary retainer are rotated relative to each other, the rollers are adapted to be pushed by the bars to the disengaged position. An anti-rotation arrangement is provided on opposed surfaces of an outer ring and the control retainer member. The anti-rotation arrangement is adapted to prevent the control retainer from rotating relative to the outer ring while the rollers are in engagement, thereby preventing the rollers from moving to the neutral position.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a ceramic electronic component prevents variations in characteristics even when the ceramic electronic component is embedded in a wiring board. Ceramic green sheets containing an organic binder having a degree of polymerization in a range from about 1000 to about 1500 are prepared. A first conductive paste layer is formed on a surface of each of the ceramic green sheets. The ceramic green sheets are laminated to form a raw ceramic laminated body. A second conductive paste layer is formed on a surface of the raw ceramic laminated body. The raw ceramic laminated body formed with the second conductive paste layer is fired.

摘要: A gateway unit which relays communication between a call control network and a terminal having no call control function. The gateway unit includes: a session control section which substitutively performs call control processing in call control communication performed by the terminal by way of the call control network and reports a band required for the call control communication to the call control network; and a band adjustment section which determines an updated value of a band of the call control communication based on a communication packet in the call control communication, received from the terminal. The session control section reports the updated value to the call control network as the band required by the call control communication.

摘要: A speed reducer having rollers axially longer than its cage, includes coaxial input and output shafts with mutualy facing ends covered by a housing that supports an internal gear. An eccentric disk is mounted on an end of the input shaft to be located radially inwardly of, and rotatable relative to, the internal gear. A cage at the end of the output shaft is between the internal gear and a bearing fitted on the disk. The cage has pockets unequal in number to internal teeth of the internal gear. A roller in each pocket is rollable along the radially outer surface of the bearing outer race. The input shaft rotation is transmitted to the shaft at a reduced speed ratio determined by the number of the internal teeth. An annular recess is formed along the corner between the closed end and radially inner surfaces of the cage.
