摘要: An optical information recording medium contains at least an optical reflective layer, an optical recording layer, a protective layer, and an optical transparency layer formed in this order on a main surface of a substrate, and has a main-information area and a sub-information area that contains an optically readable mark. The mark is constituted by removing at least the optical reflective layer in a bar cord pattern and then forming a next layer in the order over the bar cord-patterned layer.

摘要: The outer surface of a core pipe 31 is pressed so as to form projections 313 on the inner surface of the core pipe 31, and a winding pipe 32 is helically wound around the outer circumference of the core pipe 31. Subsequently, the core pipe 31 and the winding pipe 32 are bent together, and brazing is performed. As a result, the outer surface of the winding pipe 32 is in contact with the outer surface of the core pipe 31 without any gap therebetween at a bending center portion (D), and the outer surface of the winding pipe (32) is bonded to the outer surface of the core pipe (31) by a brazing material (33) at the bending center portion (D) of the bent part C-C.

摘要: A brazing material in a paste form is applied to dented portions formed on the outer surface of a core pipe, and then a pipe is disposed on the pipe, and brazing in a furnace. In this way, the brazing material that was melted by the heat will be reliably poured into the dented portions and bonded thereto after being cooled down. Thus, the dented portions formed on the outer surface of the core pipe can be reliably filled with the brazing material, which consequently eliminates a poor contact between the core pipe and the winding pipe. In addition, even if the wall thickness of portions in which projections are formed are made thinner in the process of forming the projections, the dented portions formed on the outer surface are filled with the brazing material, so that the core pipe thickness can be reinforced, and the reduction in strength of the portions with the projections can be prevented.

摘要: A grommet which is formed from a self-lubricating rubber, and can be fixed by means of a wire such as electric wires and an adhesive tape. The rubber grommet (10) is fixed to the electric wire (14) with the adhesive tapes (12, 12) and inserted into a through hole (22) penetrating through a partition (20) to provide sealing between the electric wire (14) and an inner wall of the through hole (22). Rubber forming the grommet (10) is a self-lubricating rubber containing an oily polyalkyl carbonate, which is represented by the following chemical formula: Ri—O—CO—O—[CH2CH2C(CH3)HCH2CH2—O—CO —O]n—Ri wherein n is an integer of 1 to 8, and Ri represents (i—C7H15).

摘要: In a printer comprising a printing means for performing printing on a continuous paper in response to a print data and a cutter unit for cutting the continuous paper in the paper width direction upon completion of printing, a printed paper needs to be sorted out easily and clearly depending on jobs. To meet the demand, the printer is provided with a rotary blade and a fixed blade which cut the continuous paper in the paper width direction which crosses perpendicularly to the paper feed direction and it is further provided with a carriage for holding the rotary blade so as to be movable in the paper width direction. The carriage has a shading piece. Sensors are disposed at the position corresponding to the position where the cutting amount of the paper in the paper width direction is set to be smaller than the entire paper width. When the sensors detect the shading piece, the rotary blade stops moving to thereby stop the cutting operation. As a result, the cutting operation with leaving uncut portion at one side of the paper in the paper width direction is performed depending on each job so that the cut papers range per job unit whereby the printed paper of one job is not mixed with other printed papers of other jobs and they can be easily distinguished from one another without resorting to a stacker.

摘要: An X-ray CT scanner apparatus comprises a rotatable support and a mounting support. The rotatable support holds an X-ray generating source and an X-ray detector in opposition to each other, and is rotated around a patient placed between the X-ray generating source and the X-ray detector. The mounting supporting supports the rotatable support in a rotatable manner. The X-ray CT scanner further comprises an X-ray data collecting unit attached to the rotatable support, a transmission member attached to both the rotatable support and mounting support, and an image-reconstructing circuit. The X-ray data collecting unit includes a data collecting circuit for collecting the X-ray projection data obtained by the X-ray detector when an X-ray CT scan is performed with respect to the patient, and also a buffer for storing the collected X-ray projection data. The transmission member transmits the X-ray projection data from the buffer to the mounting support during a rest time of the X-ray CT scan. By use of this transmitted data, the image reconstructing circuit reconstructs an image of the patient.
