    摘要: An improved electrical insulation structure is provided for a motor driven fluid apparatus having the compression and drive mechanisms within a hermetically sealed housing. The drive mechanism comprises a drive shaft operatively connected to the compression mechanism and a motor for rotating the drive shaft. The motor comprises a rotor fixedly surrounding the drive shaft and a stator assembly surrounding the rotor with a small radial air gap therebetween. The stator assembly comprises an annular magnetic core fixedly secured to the housing. The core has a plurality of axially extending slots and a plurality of windings, each having a plurality of coils formed by multiple turns of an enamel-coated conductor. The multiple turns of the conductor have side turn portions which are disposed within the axially extending slots and end turn portions which axially project from the slots and are generally disposed about the axial end surfaces of the core. The connection points between the windings themselves, and between the windings and conductor leads, are fixedly covered with a film of insulating material, such as epoxy resin. Alternatively, a portion of the surface of the housing is fixedly covered with a film of insulating material, such as aluminum oxide formed by anodization.

    摘要: A drive system comprises first and second motors for driving an electric car in response to alternating electric currents supplied to their coils. The first and second motors have their respective first and second rotors assembled on a common shaft at angular positions which are shifted by a first predetermined angle in their direction of rotation. Moreover, the first and second motors are energized by currents which are shifted in phase by a second predetermined angle. The first and second predetermined angles are individually determined in advance on the basis of the undesirable torque-fluctuation harmonic and the polar ratio of the motor. As a result, the torque fluctuations of the selected harmonic of the motor frequency of the first and second motors can offset each other to reduce the vibrations due to resonances.

    摘要: An improved electrical insulation structure is provided for a motor driven fluid apparatus having the compression and drive mechanisms within a hermetically sealed housing. The drive mechanism comprises a drive shaft operatively connected to the compression mechanism and a motor for rotating the drive shaft. The motor comprises a rotor fixedly surrounding the drive shaft and a stator assembly surrounding the rotor with a small radial air gap therebetween. The stator assembly comprises an annular magnetic core fixedly secured to the housing. The core has a plurality of axially extending slots and a plurality of windings, each having a plurality of coils formed by multiple turns of an enamel-coated conductor. The multiple turns of the conductor have side turn portions which are disposed within the axially extending slots and end turn portions which axially project from the slots and are generally disposed about the axial end surfaces of the core. The connection points between the windings themselves, and between the windings and conductor leads, are fixedly covered with a film of insulating material, such as epoxy resin. Alternatively, a portion of the surface of the housing is fixedly covered with a film of insulating material, such as aluminum oxide formed by anodization.

    摘要: A motor for an electromobile includes a rotor having permanent magnets and a stator coil for generating an output torque when fed with a motor current. A rotor position detector or resolver is connected to the spindle of the rotor for detecting the magnetic position of the rotor in terms of a voltage waveform and a motor controller controls the output current to the motor on the basis of the magnetic position signal coming from the rotor position detector. A first malfunction detecting circuit detects any malfunction of the rotor position detector in response to an abnormal voltage waveform coming from the rotor position detector. A second disconnection detecting circuit detects a disconnection of the motor controller from the invertor which develops drive current for the motor. A control unit outputs a signal to the motor controller for stopping the motor in response to a signal from either the first malfunction detecting circuit or the second disconnection detecting circuit.

    摘要: A lubricating mechanism for a motor driven scroll apparatus has the compression and drive mechanisms within a hermetically sealed housing. The drive mechanism comprises a drive shaft having a pin member extending from an inner end thereof and a motor for rotating the drive shaft. The pin member is operatively connected to an orbiting scroll of the compression mechanism through a bushing. The drive shaft includes a first axial bore extending from an open end adjacent a fluid inlet port and terminating adjacent the inner end of the drive shaft. Radial bores are provided at the terminal end of the first axial bore. A second axial bore extends from the terminal end of the drive shaft. The longitudinal axis of the first axial bore is substantially aligned with the second axial bore. The bushing includes a passage extending substantially straight therethrough and substantially aligned with the open end of the second axial bore. In another embodiment, the bushing further includes a radial straight portion radially extending from a terminal end of the axial straight portion and is open at an outer peripheral surface of the bushing.
