Abstract: This bonded structure includes a first member having a metal portion and a film portion disposed on at least a part of a surface of the metal portion; a second member; an adhesive layer for joining the first member and the second member to each other via the film portion. The film portion contains a resin and inorganic particles. The inorganic particles are formed of ferrosilicon or non-oxide ceramics containing V. Some of the inorganic particles protrude toward the adhesive layer. The particle size of at least some of the inorganic particles protruding toward the adhesive layer is less than the film thickness of the film portion.

Abstract: This steel sheet has a predetermined chemical composition, in which a steel structure of an inside of the steel sheet contains, by volume fraction, soft ferrite: 0% to 30%, retained austenite: 3% to 40%, fresh martensite: 0% to 30%, a sum of pearlite and cementite: 0% to 10%, and a remainder includes hard ferrite, in the inside of the steel sheet, a number proportion of the retained austenite having an aspect ratio of 2.0 or more in the total retained austenite is 50% or more, a soft layer having a thickness of 1 to 100 μm from a surface in a sheet thickness direction is present, in ferrite contained in the soft layer, a volume fraction of grains having an aspect ratio of less than 3.0 is 50% or more, the volume fraction of retained austenite in the soft layer is less than 50% of the volume fraction of the retained austenite of the inside of the steel sheet, and a peak of an emission intensity at a wavelength indicating Si appears in a range of more than 0.2 μm and 5.0 μm or less from the surface.

A metal-fiber reinforced plastic composite 1 according to the present invention comprises a metal member 10, an insulating layer 30 arranged on at least part of a surface of the metal member 10 and comprising a first matrix resin 31 containing nonconductive fiber 32, and a CFRP layer 40 arranged on at least part of a surface of the insulating layer 30 and comprising a second matrix resin 41 containing carbon fiber 42, wherein, when viewing the surface of the metal member 10 from vertically above, the CFRP layer 40 is positioned at the inside of a region where the insulating layer 30 is present and an outer edge of the CFRP layer 40 and an outer edge of the insulating layer 30 are 0.2 mm or more apart. Due to this, it is possible to prevent electrolytic corrosion of the metal member.-

Abstract: To provide a metal-carbon fiber reinforced plastic material (CFRP) composite that has excellent adhesion and adhesion durability at a member interface and a method of producing a metal-CFRP composite.
The metal-CFRP composite according to the present invention includes: a metal member; a CFRP layer; and one or two layers of coating layers provided between the metal member and the CFRP layer. In the case where the coating layer consists of one layer, the coating layer is a coating layer containing an isocyanate group, and the matrix resin contains a phenoxy resin as a main component thereof, contains an epoxy group, and has bonds represented in (a structural formula 1) in the vicinity of an interface between the CFRP layer and the coating layer. In the case where the coating layer consists of two layers, the first coating layer that is located on the metal member side is a coating layer containing an isocyanate group, and the second coating layer that is located on the CFRP layer side is a coating layer that contains an epoxy resin as a main component thereof, and has bonds represented in (a structural formula 1) in the vicinity of an interface between the first coating layer and the second coating layer.-
