    摘要: A compressor includes a piston reciprocating in a cylinder bore. The piston draws refrigerant into and discharges refrigerant from a compression chamber, which is formed between the piston and a valve plate. The valve plate has a discharge port connecting the compression chamber to the discharge chamber. A guide passage facilitates the flow of the refrigerant from the compression chamber to the discharge port. The guide passage is defined in the compression chamber when the piston is located at the top dead center position. This decreases pressure losses that would otherwise occur when the piston is near the top dead center position.

The shaft seal has a lip type ring fitted on the side of the high-pressure area of the rotary shaft. The lip type ring further includes a lip ring, a plurality of first portions and a plurality of second portions. The lip ring is located around the rotary shaft. The lip ring has a ring surface. The first portions are formed on the ring surface to slidably contact the rotary shaft surface. The first portions guide the fluid towards a space between the ring surface and the rotary shaft surface as the rotary shaft is rotated. The second portions are formed on the ring surface. The second portions prevent the fluid in the space from leaking into the low-pressure area.

    摘要: Lubricating oil feeding mechanism has an oil-collecting recess and an oil-supplying groove formed on the wall of the housing. The oil-collecting recess connects a gap defined between the through hole and the bolt to the oil-supplying groove, the gap being in the upper position with respect to a sliding part to be lubricated in the housing in an operating state of the mounted compressor. The oil-collecting recess extends from the gap in the circumferential direction of the drive shaft, and the oil-supplying groove upwardly extends toward the oil-collecting recess. The oil-supplying groove is arranged so as to guide lubricating oil to the sliding part. Lubricating oil adhered on the bolt can be collected to the oil-collecting recess via the gap, and is fed to the sliding part through the oil-supplying groove. Therefore, a large amount of lubricating oil in a swash plate chamber can be utilized to lubricate the sliding part.

    摘要: A refrigerant compressor includes a compression mechanism, a discharge passage, and an oil separator. The compression mechanism compresses a refrigerant gas containing a lubricant oil. The refrigerant gas that has been compressed by the compression mechanism flows through the discharge passage. The oil separator is arranged in the discharge passage and separates the lubricant oil from the refrigerant gas flowing in the discharge passage. The oil separator has a rotator that causes the refrigerant gas to flow around the axis of the rotator and a circumferential wall that encompasses the rotator and extends along the axis of the rotator. The rotator and the circumferential wall define a separation zone in between. The lubricant oil is separated from the refrigerant gas by the flow of the refrigerant gas around the rotator in the separation zone. The circumferential wall has an oil outlet that allows the separated lubricant oil to flow to the exterior of the oil separator. The oil separator has an inlet port that allows the refrigerant gas to flow into the separation zone and an outlet port that allows the refrigerant gas to flow out of the separation zone. The rotator is arranged between the inlet port and the outlet port. The inlet port and the outlet port are arranged so that an inlet direction of the refrigerant gas flowing through the inlet port is substantially parallel with an outlet direction of the refrigerant gas flowing through the outlet port.

In order to decrease the compressor output discharge capacity during an abnormally high pressure state, high-pressure refrigerant in the discharge chamber 120 is released into the driving chamber 110 to increase the driving chamber pressure. The high-pressure refrigerant can be released from the discharge chamber 120 into the driving chamber 110 utilizing a variety of different structures.

    摘要: A conductive composition capable of producing a conductive coating with excellent flexibility and a high conductivity comparable to that of metallic silver, without using high temperatures as film forming conditions. The conductive composition includes a particulate silver compound and a binder, and optionally a reducing agent and a binder. Silver oxide, silver carbonate and silver acetate and the like are used as the particulate silver compound. Ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, and ethylene glycol diacetate and the like are used as the reducing agent, and a fine powder of a thermosetting resin such as a polyvalent phenol compound, phenol resin, alkyd resin or polyester resin, or a thermoplastic resin such as a styrene resin or polyethylene terephthalate, with an average particle diameter from 20 nm to 5 μm is used as the binder. Furthermore, the average particle diameter of the particulate silver compound may be from 0.01 to 10 μm.
