    摘要: A slide mechanism for a shutter, installed on a cartridge case of a disk cartridge, which is slidable in both right and left directions relative to the cartridge case from a neutral position at which a head access opening is closed by the shutter, and which is constituted by a smaller number of components and easy to assemble. The case has a groove which forms between a pair of counterparts forming the case itself; the shutter is biased toward a neutral position at which the shutter closes the head access opening; and the shutter has a projecting part which slidably engages the groove. The shutter is divided by a connecting portion of the upper wall side shutter plate and the lower wall side shutter plate, and the shutter is fixed together after the shutter plates are assembled to the cartridge case.

Beads are once arrayed in a separate container using an inclined bead array apparatus while controlling the number of beads to be inserted simply by the use of a bead control rod. When the whole arraying is completed, the arrayed beads are transferred onto a plate for use in an actual reaction.

    摘要: When detecting fluorescence of a bead chip array, reflected light from a bead is detected at the same time, so as to recognize the bead position. The reflected light can be detected in a similar manner for all beads, regardless of the presence or absence of a fluorescent substance. If the positions of all beads are detected, accurate detection can be achieved by quantifying only the fluorescence at the detected positions. The fluorescence wavelength alone is detected by a first detector using a wavelength selection filter. Other wavelengths are detected by a second detector, thereby obtaining the reflected light. Data on the reflected light is processed into an image for obtaining the bead profile, the bead position is recognized by detecting the center position based on the profile, and the fluorescence is quantified based on the bead position.

    摘要: A cartridge consists of a case and a disk housed therein. The case has a case body in which a head access window and a drive spindle access window are formed. The case has a shutter to open and close the head access window and the drive spindle access window. The case body has in its rear side an opening through which the disk is taken out of and put into the case body. The opening is fitted with a lid that can be taken out of and put into the opening in the direction in which the disk is taken out of and put into the case body. One of the halves constituting the case body has a stopper removal hole, a stopper rest linked to the inner surface of the hole through thin bridges and formed seamlessly therewith, and a stopper whose one end is fixed on the inner surface of the stopper rest and which stops the lid from sliding.

    摘要: When detecting fluorescence of a bead chip array, reflected light from a bead is detected at the same time, so as to recognize the bead position. The reflected light can be detected in a similar manner for all beads, regardless of the presence or absence of a fluorescent substance. If the positions of all beads are detected, accurate detection can be achieved by quantifying only the fluorescence at the detected positions. The fluorescence wavelength alone is detected by a first detector using a wavelength selection filter. Other wavelengths are detected by a second detector, thereby obtaining the reflected light. Data on the reflected light is processed into an image for obtaining the bead profile, the bead position is recognized by detecting the center position based on the profile, and the fluorescence is quantified based on the bead position.
