摘要： To reduce a frequency of recording communication management information for communication disconnection countermeasure. A digital content distribution system includes a license server (101) that issues a license, and a user terminal (103) that controls use of content based on the issued license. The license server (101) judges, according to the license to be issued, whether or not the communication management information for the communication disconnection countermeasure needs to be recorded, and notifies the user terminal of a result of the judgment. This enables the user terminal (103) to reduce the frequency of recording the communication management information.

摘要： The present invention provides a rights management terminal that can securely send and receive usage information while preventing spoofing and protecting user's privacy. The rights management terminal manages a copyright of a content using a license that includes a usage rule of the content, and includes: a first public key certificate management unit which manages, as a set, a first public key certificate that includes identification information for uniquely identifying at least one of the rights management terminal and a user using the terminal, and a first private key paired with a first public key included in the first public key certificate; a second public key certificate management unit which manages, as a set, a second public key certificate that does not include the identification information, and a second private key paired with a second public key included in the second public key certificate; a selection processing unit that selects, as a set, one of the following: the first public key certificate and the first private key; and the second public key certificate and the second private key; and an authentication processing unit that executes authentication for communicating with a server apparatus, using the public key and the private key that are selected as a set by the selection processing unit.

The semiconductor device includes a power supply portion for supplying a first operation voltage or a second operation voltage smaller than the first operation voltage; a P-type low-threshold transistor Tp for receiving the first or the second operation voltage from the power supply portion; and a N-type transistor Tn connected between the transistor Tp and a base potential. The transistors Tp, Tn construct a logic circuit. The power supply portion supplies the first operation voltage to the source of the transistor Tp in the enable state, and supplies the second operation voltage in a standby state. The second operation voltage is set so that voltage amplitude between gate and source of each transistor Tp, Tn is larger than the threshold value of the transistors Tp, Tn.
