    摘要: In one embodiment, the control integrated circuit includes a gate driver configured to selectively drive a plurality of gate lines associated with pixels in a display panel; a source driver configured to supply data to the display panel; and a controller configured to generate switch control signals for controlling a switch driver of the display panel, the switch driver for selectively supplying the data to a plurality of data lines. The controller is configured to control the gate driver and generate the switch control signals such that the plurality of gate lines are activated non-sequentially, and an order of pixels activated and associated with a same one of the plurality of data lines includes at least two pixels of a same color activated in sequence.

A micro LED device includes a light emitting layer that is provided on a support substrate, a bonding layer, and a driver layer. The light emitting layer includes a stacked structure including a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer; first and second electrodes provided on a first side and a second side of the stacked structure; and a plurality of light emitting regions. The bonding layer is positioned between the support substrate and the light emitting layer. The drive layer includes a drive element electrically connected to the light emitting layer and is positioned on the light emitting layer to apply power to the plurality of light emitting regions of the light emitting layer.
