Abstract: Provided is a tiled display. The tiled display includes: a first display device including a first display area including pixels, a second display device including a second display area including pixels adjacent to the first display area, and a seam between the first display area and the second display area. Each of the first display device and the second display device includes: a first base part supporting a respective one of the first display device and the second display device, a thin-film transistor layer on the first base part, the thin-film transistor layer including thin-film transistors included in the pixels and including connection lines in the seam, and bridge electrodes in the seam to couple between the connection lines of the first display device and the second display device.

Abstract: A display device includes a driver circuit monolithically integrated in a display panel. The display panel has a plurality of pixel units and signal lines; and a driver circuit including a first circuit element and a second circuit element integrally formed on the display panel and electrically connected to each other, wherein patterning density of the first circuit element and patterning density of the second circuit element would be substantially different from each other if the first and second circuit elements were laid out as concentrated individual circuit elements, but where the driver layout includes at least two spaced apart first circuit element regions over which the first circuit element is distributively formed and the driver layout includes an interposed second circuit element region in which at least part of the second circuit element is formed.

Abstract: A display device include a lens, a light source, a display panel including normal pixels and sensor pixels numbering less than the normal pixels to display an image, a reflective member reflecting display light emitted from the display panel toward the lens, and a processor. The processor controls the light source to emit near-infrared light, receive the near-infrared light reflected by a user's eye, converts information input to the sensor pixels into image data, generates eye feature models similar to the image data using a learning algorithm, determines an eye feature model most similar to an eye area of the image data among the generated eye feature models, tracks movement of a pupil center based on the determined eye feature model, and displays the image in high-resolution in a central vision area and the image in low-resolution in a peripheral vision area, using spatial coordinates of the tracked pupil center.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display includes first and second voltage divider reference lines, first and second pixel electrodes, and first and second switching circuits. The first and second voltage divider reference lines are on different layers and extend in different directions. The first pixel electrode includes a first sub-pixel electrode and a second sub-pixel electrode, that receives a voltage lower than a voltage to be applied to the first sub-pixel electrode.
