摘要: A power plant which is capable of preventing losses due to power circulation and enhancing driving efficiency thereof in an EV operation mode. In the power plant 1, power transmission mechanisms PS1 and PS2 have first to fourth elements R1, C1, S2, S1, C2, and R2 configured such that they rotate during transmission of motive power therebetween while holding a collinear relationship with respect to rotational speed and are sequentially aligned in a collinear chart representing the relationship with respect to the rotational speed are connected to a first rotating machine 11, a prime mover 3, driven parts DW and DW and a second rotating machine 21, respectively. Further, during the EV operation mode, the operations of the first and second rotating machines 11 and 21 are controlled such that no power circulation occurs in which part of motive power output from one of the rotating machines 11 and 21 is input to the one in a state converted to electric power by the other, whereby the part of the motive power is output again from the one as motive power.

The first rotating machine 10 includes first and second rotors 14 and 15, and a stator 16, and is configured such that a ratio between the number of armature magnetic poles generated in the stator 16, the number of magnetic poles of the first rotor 14, and the number of soft magnetic material cores 15a of the second rotor 15 becomes 1:m:(1+m)/2 (m≠1.0).

摘要: A power plant which is capable of enhancing the driving efficiency and the power-generating efficiency thereof. In the power plant 1, the output shaft 3a of a heat engine 3 is connected to driven parts DW and DW via a first transmission 20. A rotating machine 31 includes a first rotor 34 having a magnetic pole row that has each two adjacent magnetic poles 34a so disposed as to have polarities different from each other, a stator 33 having an armature row that is disposed in a manner opposed to the magnetic pole row, for generating a rotating magnetic field between the armature row and the magnetic pole row by a predetermined plurality of armature magnetic poles, and a second rotor 35 having a soft magnetic material element row that is formed by a plurality of soft magnetic material elements 35a arranged in a manner spaced from each other, and is disposed between the magnetic pole row and the armature row. The ratio between the number of the armature magnetic poles, the number of the magnetic poles 34a, and the number of the soft magnetic material elements 35a is set to 1:m:(1+m)/2 (m≠1.0). One of the first and second rotors 34 and 35 is connected to the output shaft 3a of the heat engine 3, and the other thereof is connected to the driven parts DW and DW.

摘要: There is provided a power plant which is capable of enhancing driving efficiency with which the power plant drives driven parts. The power plant 1 for driving the driven parts DW and DW includes a prime mover 3, and first and second generator-motors 20, 30. The first generator-motor 20 is comprised of a first stator 22, a first rotor 21 formed by magnets, and a second rotor 23 formed by soft magnetic material elements and disposed between the first stator 22 and the first rotor 21. The second generator-motor 30 is comprised of a second stator 32, a third rotor 31 formed by magnets, and a fourth rotor 33 formed by soft magnetic material elements and disposed between the second stator 32 and the third rotor 31. The first and fourth rotors 21, 33 are mechanically connected to the driven parts DW and DW, and the second and third rotors 23, 31 are mechanically connected to an output shaft 3a of the prime mover 3. The first and second stators 22, 32 are electrically connected to each other via first and second controllers 2, 41, 42.

摘要: To provide a hybrid vehicle which is capable of improving durability and efficiency of an electric motor when the electric motor is mechanically connected to an engine, thereby making it possible to improve marketability thereof. In a hybrid vehicle 1, an electric motor 10 is comprised of a rotor 14 having a plurality of permanent magnets 14c, and a rotor 15 having a plurality of cores 15b and 15c. The rotor 14 is connected to front wheels 4, and the rotor 15 to an engine 3. When the magnetic poles of rotating magnetic fields of armatures 16b and the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets 14c are in respective positions opposed to each other, if either of the magnetic poles of the rotating magnetic fields and either of the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets 14c have polarities different from each other, the others of the magnetic poles of the rotating magnetic fields and the others of the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets 14c have the same polarities. Further, if either of the cores 15b and 15c are between the magnetic poles of the rotating magnetic fields and the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets 14c, the others are positioned between adjacent two pairs of the magnetic poles of the rotating magnetic fields and the permanent magnets 14c.

摘要: [Object] To provide an accessory drive system which is capable of achieving downsizing of the system, reduction of manufacturing costs thereof, and enhancement of its marketability.[Solution] An accessory drive system 1 is comprised of a stator 6, a first rotor 5, and a second rotor 7, which respectively include armatures 6a, permanent magnets 5a, and first and second cores 7a and 7b, all of which are arranged in a circumferential direction. One of the first and second rotors 5 and 7 is connected to an accessory 22, and the other thereof to an internal combustion engine 21. Further, when the polarity of a first armature magnetic pole of each armature 6a is different from the polarity of a first magnetic pole of an opposed one of the permanent magnets 5a, the polarity of a second armature magnetic pole of the armature 6a becomes the same as the polarity of a second magnetic pole of the opposed one of the permanent magnets 5a. Further, when each first core 7a is in a position between the first magnetic pole and the first armature magnetic pole, each second core 7b is in a position between a pair of the second armature magnetic poles circumferentially adjacent to each other, and between a pair of the second magnetic poles circumferentially adjacent to each other.

摘要: A power plant that is capable of attaining downsizing and reduction of manufacturing costs and enhancing the degree of freedom in design thereof. In the power plant 1, a first rotating machine 11 includes a first rotor 14 having a predetermined plurality of magnetic poles 14a, a stator 13 that generates a predetermined plurality of armature magnetic poles to thereby generate a rotating magnetic field, and a second rotor 15 having a predetermined plurality of soft magnetic material elements 15a. The ratio between the number of the armature magnetic poles, the number of the magnetic poles, and the number of the soft magnetic material elements is set to 1:m:(1+m)/2 (m≠1.0). One of the rotors 14 and 15 is mechanically connected to an output portion 3a of a heat engine 3, and the other of the rotors 14 and 15 and a rotor 23 of a second rotating machine 21 are mechanically connected to driven parts DW and DW. Further, in starting the heat engine 3, when the rotational speed of the output portion 3a is not lower than a first predetermined value NEST1, the heat engine 3 is started in a state where the rotational speed of the output portion 3a is not increased.

Further, when the accessory 31 is driven in a state where the driven parts DW and DW are at rest during stoppage of the prime mover 3, the operation of restriction means 21 for restricting rotation of the first rotating machine 11 and the driven parts DW and DW is controlled such that motive power is input to the input portion 32, and that the rotational speed of the driven parts DW and DW is restricted to approximately 0.
