    摘要: Disclosed herein is a structure of an FPC integrated touch panel. According to preferred embodiments of the present invention, a transparent substrate configured of a flexible transparent film is provided and an extension part protruded to the transparent substrate is integrally formed with the transparent substrate, such that a separate FPC needs not to be manufactured, thereby saving process time and manufacturing costs. In addition, the exemplary embodiments of the present invention bend an inactive area unnecessarily occupying an area of the transparent substrate to a side of the touch panel, thereby implementing a touch panel widening a substantial area of an active region.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a cross bar of a roof carrier for vehicles. The cross bar may include a cross bar body. First and second brackets are provided on both ends of the cross bar body. First and second locking pins are provided, respectively, on the first and second brackets to be elastically ejected. A link is positioned in the first bracket and hinged to the first locking pin. A release lever includes a coupling part hinged to the link and installed via a rotating shaft, and a grip part exposed to the outside, so that when the release lever rotates, the link and the first locking pin are pulled into the cross bar body. A wire couples the coupling part of the release lever with the second locking pin. According to the present invention, the release lever is mounted to only one side and only one wire is used, thus reducing manufacturing costs.

    摘要: Provided are an optical waveguide master and a method of manufacturing the same, which has a 90° optical path change structure and an integrated optical waveguide with a 45° inclined reflection surface. The optical waveguide with the inclined reflection surface manufactured using the optical waveguide master facilitates coupling between the active optical electronic device and the waveguide, thereby perfectly overcoming difficulty in conventional mass production. The optical waveguide makes it possible to accomplish connection between various optical devices and optical circuits, and becomes source technology of an optical printed circuit board (PCB) and a system on package (SOP) in the future.

    摘要: A method of forming device isolation regions on a trench-formed silicon substrate and removing residual carbon therefrom includes providing a flowable, insulative material constituted by silicon, carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen or any combination of two or more thereof; forming a thin insulative layer, by using the flowable, insulative material, in a trench located on a semiconductor substrate wherein the flowable, insulative material forms a conformal coating in a silicon and nitrogen rich condition whereas in a carbon rich condition, the flowable, insulative material vertically grows from the bottom of the trenches; and removing the residual carbon deposits from the flowable, insulative material by multi-step curing, such as O2 thermal annealing, ozone UV curing followed by N2 thermal annealing.
