摘要: An apparatus for applying surface treatment on an object-to-be-treated which is continuously moved in a treating liquid usually by a hanging conveyor. The apparatus is provided at the bottom portion of a treating vessel with one or more hoppers, which function to collect the deposited sludge for exhausting the same through the lower portion of the hoppers outside the treating vessel. Further, the apparatus is provided with a plurality of slant plates disposed above the bottom of the treating vessel, being inclined in the same direction, with a predetermined inter-distance among them, so as to facilitate sludge produced in the vessel to be gradually deposited down on the bottom thereof.

摘要: In a buckle, in which a housing of a female body and an inserting plate of a male body are engaged with each other and which is provided with a simple locking mechanism by using a key, the housing of the female body is provided with an engaging portion, while the inserting plate of the male body is provided with an engaged portion. Alternatively, the housing is provided with an engaged portion while the inserting plate is provided with an engaging portion. Therefore, the female body and the male body can be engaged with each other to be locked. When they are locked, a belt adjusting portion of the male body is concealed in the housing of the female body, so that a belt is difficult to be adjusted. Specifically, the belt can be never loosened but only adjustable in a direction of fastening. Thus, the buckle is provided with a convenient belt adjusting portion, which can not adjust a length of the belt when the female body and the male body are locked with each other.

摘要: This invention provides an engaging member of a fastening device integrally molded of synthetic resin which enables sewing thereof to clothes easily and accurately, ensures ease and smoothness in an operation for opening the engaging member of the fastening device even if it is molded relatively thick, and prevents too much force being applied to a sewing yarn by an external force upon the opening operation thereby ensuring durability and contributes to reduction of production cost. The engaging member of the fastening device is integrally molded with a substantially J-shaped section, consisting first and second flat plate portions substantially parallel with different lengths and made of thermoplastic synthetic resin material, whose each of end portions is connected via a connecting portion, wherein a number of engaging elements are formed on the surface of the first flat plate portion having a larger area such that they are in an upright position and a groove-like sewing line is formed along an entire peripheral edge portion thereof, a groove-like sewing line whose end portions are open is formed corresponding to part of the sewing line formed on the first flat plate portion on the second flat plate portion having a smaller area, and a tab made of the same resin material is molded integrally on the connecting portion so as to project outward from the connecting portion in parallel to the flat plate portions.

摘要: A method for the electrodeposition coating of workpieces conveyed in an electrodeposition bath, wherein voltage applying means is provided in a plurality of stages of not less than three in the conveying direction of the workpieces. Voltage is increased at the first stage, and the multiple stages voltage applying means is initiated after the workpieces reach a submersion area where the workpieces are completely submerged in the paint contained in the electrodeposition bath. Voltage application at the final stage of the voltage applying means is terminated before the workpieces exit from the submersion area. By this method, the thickness of the electrodeposition film can be made uniform so that there is no difference in film thickness between lower and higher workpieces or in the lower and upper parts of a workpiece.
