Abstract:
A high performance loudspeaker structure is provided which is of reduced thickness yet resistible to large vibration amplitudes. A repulsion magnetic circuit is formed by two magnets with the same poles being faced each other and a center plate interposed between the two magnets. The repulsion magnetic circuit is held in position by two frames. A diaphragm is mounted at the level flush with the center of the winding width of a voice coil. The outer periphery of an edge (suspension) bonded to the outer circumference of the diaphragm is held by flanges of the frames.
Abstract:
A loudspeaker capable of improving the efficiency, providing a high performance, and reducing its weight. In a general loudspeaker or a loudspeaker having a repulsion magnetic field type magnetic circuit, the whole or part of the voice coil 1 uses a composite wire A formed by a conductive wire made of conductive material C and a magnetic material F provided at least partially on the surface of the conductive wire, or a composite wire A formed by a magnetic wire made of magnetic material F and a conductive material C provided at least partially on the surface of the magnetic wire.
Abstract:
A loudspeaker assembly for low frequency reproduction having a good vibration efficiency for a large vibration amplitude and a small magnetic distortion. Two magnets magnetized in the direction of thickness have the magnetic poles of the same polarity disposed facing each other with a center plate made of soft magnetic material being interposed therebetween. Magnetic fluxes extend from the outer periphery (positive side) of the center plate and return to the top and bottom surfaces (negative side) of the two magnets. The winding width of a voice coil is set equal to or greater than a width between two transition points of the magnetic flux distribution from the positive side to the negative side.

Abstract:
A screen speaker system (10) includes a screen (12) for projecting a video by a projector and drives the screen (12) to emit audio from the screen (12). The screen speaker system (10) further includes a drive body (50) for driving the screen (12) and at least one piezoelectric element (70) for driving the screen (12) and performing reproduction at a high frequency band than a reproduction frequency band in the drive body (50). It is possible to increase the reproduction frequency band of the screen speaker system without significantly changing the structure.
Abstract:
An apparatus for treating a substrate which includes a chamber and an opening formed in the chamber allowing the substrate to be conveyed into the chamber or taken out thereof. The chamber, also, includes a detachable baffle plate that fits around an electrode. For treatment to commence, the substrate is placed on the electrode and the chamber is exhausted of or supplied with gases. The electrode is then vertically lifted together with the baffle plate and the baffle plate is moved either to a position that is higher in level than an upper end of the opening of the chamber or to a position that is lower in level than a lower end of the opening of the chamber. This allows the baffle plate to shield a region near the opening of the chamber from a treatment region and allows reaction products to be adhered to the baffle plate.
Abstract:
A molding method and apparatus capable of reliably removing a molded product without deformation even if the product has a shape difficult to be removed, such as a shape having a plurality of vertical portions. The method of molding a product by using a film sheet, includes the steps of: adapting to operate a pair of film pushing rings disposed facing upper and lower metal molds of a molding apparatus for thermally molding a product by using a film sheet, independently from the upper and lower metal molds; attracting and attaching a molded product to one of the upper and lower metal molds; fixing the ring on the side of the one metal mold; attracting and attaching a pickup jig to the molded product in tight contact therewith, the pickup jig having a surface shape matching the surface shape of the molded product; releasing the attraction and attachment by the one metal mold and moving the pickup jig to displace the molded product from the one metal mold; and moving the fixed ring to an original position.
Abstract:

Abstract:
An acoustic diaphragm is manufactured from a film of para-orientation aromatic polyamide through a molding process. In the molding process, the die for the molding process is heated to a predetermined temperature and then the molding press is conducted onto the film of para-orientation aromatic polyamide. The combination of the dies and film are cooled into about 80.degree. C. and then the clamping of dies is released to take the pressed film off.
