    摘要: A hot-press sheet (20) comprises a sheet-shaped base material (1) and a release coating film (2) applied to a surface of the base material (1), in which the coating film (2) completely covers an entire surface of the base material (1) to provide air-tightness for the hot-press sheet (20). The coating film (2) comprises a resin composition as a host material, and 5% or more by weight of organic powder and 5% or more by weight of inorganic powder are mixed in 100% by weight of the resin composition which forms the coating film (2), so that the mixture of 5 to 55% by weight of the organic powder and 5 to 55% by weight of the inorganic powder becomes 30 to 60% by weight in total.

    摘要: A press belt with occurrence of pinholes remarkably reduced as well as a manufacturing method of the press belt are provided. The press belt includes a reinforcing base material containing multifilaments that are impregnated with a bundling agent and an elastic material in which the reinforcing base material is buried. The manufacturing method is a method of manufacturing the aforementioned press belt. The reinforcing base material is preferably made of a woven fabric and the bundling agent preferably contains as its main component thermosetting resin. As the bundling agent, a bundling agent containing as its main component urethane-based resin is suitably used. For the reinforcing base material, organic fibers are preferably used. The bundling agent is preferably applied in the form of emulsion to the multifilaments or the reinforcing base material.

    摘要: A shoe press belt includes a polyurethane in which a reinforcement base member is embedded, the polyurethane being in one piece with the reinforcement base member. The polyurethane constituting at least an outer circumferential surface of the shoe press belt includes, as an urethane prepolymer component, an aliphatic polycarbonatediol component and an aromatic diisocyanate component, and includes, as a curing agent component, an aliphatic diol component having a carbon number of less than or equal to 6 and an aromatic diol component having two hydroxyethoxy groups. A content of the aromatic diol component with respect to the aliphatic diol component and the aromatic diol component is more than or equal to 10 mass % and less than or equal to 50 mass %. Accordingly, there is provided a shoe press belt suppressed in generation and development of a crack.
