摘要： A composite product includes basalt fibers and a liquid polymer resin mixed with a curing agent and infused into the basalt fibers. A method of making the composite product includes mixing a liquid polymer resin with a curing agent to form a resin matrix; infusing the resin matrix into basalt fibers; and curing the basalt fibers infused with the resin matrix to form the composite product. The method may further include adding an additive including at least one of graphene or graphite to the liquid polymer resin and the curing agent, and mixing the additive with them to form the resin matrix which is infused into the basalt fibers. It may further include weighing the additive, at about 0.1% to 0.3% of a weight of the liquid polymer resin and curing agent, to be added to the liquid polymer resin and curing agent.

摘要： An unsaturated polyester resin composition includes aluminum hydroxide and a resin component containing an unsaturated polyester, a polymerizable monomer, and a low profile agent. The unsaturated polyester is a polymerized product of polybasic acid and polyhydric alcohol. The polybasic acid contains unsaturated polybasic acid, and the unsaturated polybasic acid is blended in an amount of 80 mol % or more relative to 100 mol % the polybasic acid. The low profile agent contains polyvinyl acetate, and the polyvinyl acetate is blended in an amount of 3 parts by mass or more and 10 parts by mass or less relative to 100 parts by mass of the resin component. The aluminum hydroxide is blended in an amount of 150 parts by mass or more and 300 parts by mass or less relative to 100 parts by mass of the resin component.

摘要： The method includes: a) a step of stacking and shaping a prepreg according to the shape of a surface of the structure; b) a step of vacuum-pressurizing the stacked and shaped prepreg; c) a step of heating and curing the vacuum-pressurized prepreg to produce a cured product of the prepreg; and d) a step of bonding the cured product to the surface of the structure. The prepreg includes: a resin composition including an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing resin (A) and a polymerization initiator (B); and reinforcement fibers (C). The polymerization initiator (B) has a 10-hour half-life temperature of 60° C. to 75° C. This method for reinforcing and repairing the structure allows a structure having excellent workability and excellent mechanical strength to be obtained.
