Abstract: A particulate material leveling system includes an agitating system disposed within a storage tank for a particulate material. The agitating system includes a drive system and a shaft coupled to the drive system. Further, the drive system drives the shaft to rotate about a central axis. The agitating system also includes a wrapped wire coupled to the shaft. The wrapped wire extends around the shaft along a helical path in an axial direction and a circumferential direction, and the wrapped wire moves the particulate material in the axial direction in response to rotation of the shaft in a first direction about the central axis.

Abstract: A structure of material feeding device is provided for avoiding material obstruction. In the material feeding system, a motor is adopted to drive material feeding member to spin in a material feeding silo. By using mechanical stirs, the blocking phenomenon of material is mitigated and thus achieving the purpose of avoiding material obstruction. According to the present invention, the first material feeding silo is connected with a first screw feeder for conveying materials. The first screw feeder is also connected to a second material feeding silo. The second material feeding silo is connected with a pipe. The pipe includes a first sealing valve and a second sealing valve for keeping the pipe sealed and thus avoiding contamination. Finally, the pipe is connected with a second screw feeder, which feeds materials into a vessel. Then a complete conveying line is formed for facilitating industrial production.

Abstract: A vacuum conveyor for conveying granular material and an intake nozzle for the vacuum conveyor is provided. The intake nozzle can include an intake end, an output end and a body extending between the ends with a plurality of apertures passing through the body. A sleeve for the intake nozzle can be sized to fit around the body positionable in different positions relative to the body to cover and uncover the various apertures.

A conveyance system includes: a first conveyor discharged onto a second conveyor; wherein the first conveyor comprises a first liner and wherein the second conveyor comprises a second liner.

Abstract: An improved feeder/conveyor includes a flexible rotating open helix screw inside a cylindrical sheathing. A motor drive is attached to the flexible rotating open helix screw above at a delivery end, and such provides the rotational speeds necessary to generate the centrifugal and lifting forces necessary. The improvements include a conical bullnose tip as a feeder that attaches to the flexible rotating open helix screw with a curved and tapered support feeder gusset. Such attachment mechanically supports and aligns the conical bullnose tip to the distal end of the flexible rotating open helix screw and a central turning axis. A nose opening in the conical bullnose tip allows either exit or entry of material freely to or from the supply bed, depending on the conveying conditions.

Abstract: A system protects an outlet of a pneumatic conveyor. The outlet has a horizontal section. The system comprises a deflector for protecting the horizontal section, and sets of stanchions therefor respectively attached to clamp assemblies mounted on the horizontal section. The deflector comprises angled walls, a plurality of crossbeams interconnecting the angled walls for reinforcing the deflector, and an end flange. Each stanchion has a foot. Each clamp assembly comprises two equal halves, fasteners joining together the equal halves, and a flange for each equal half perpendicular thereto. The system further comprises fasteners each attaching one foot to one flange, respectively.

Abstract: A proppant discharge system has a container with an outlet positioned in a bottom thereof and a gate affixed adjacent the outlet so as to be movable between a first position covering the outlet to a second position opening the outlet, and a support structure having an actuator thereon. The container is removably positioned on the top surface of the support structure. The actuator is engageable with gate so as to move the gate from the first position to the second position. A conveyor underlies the container so as to receive proppant as discharged from the container through the outlet. The container can be a ten foot ISO container.
