    摘要: Cutting equipment (41) which processes overlapped continuous forms (23H, 23L) is disclosed. The cutting is carried out by means of a cutting device (29), which separates the sheets from the forms, introduction devices (28H and 28L), which enter the continuous forms (23H, 23L) into the cutting device and a singularizing device (46) for overlapped sheets, which includes two transport paths (81 and 82), the one above the other, with differentiable transfer times; the singularizing device comprises a diverter (83) upstream of the transport paths (81 and 82); the introduction devices (28H and 28L) are actuatable for temporarily projecting a leading edge of one of the overlapped forms (23H, 23L) with respect to the other form up to a switching zone of the diverter (83), or for advancing together the overlapped forms (23H, 23L); the diverter (83) is configurable for addressing a continuous form or both forms (23H, 23L) to one or to both transport paths (81 and 82); and the introduction devices (28H and 28L) are also actuatable, in the case of projecting of one of the continuous forms, for lining up trailing edges of the sheets of the one and the other form for a joint cutting of the overlapped forms (23H, 23L) by means of the cutting device (29).

The apparatus further includes a first web transformation station associated with a first web material unwound from the first unwind station, and a second web transformation station associated with the second web material unwound from the second unwind station. The first and second web transformation stations are disposed such that less than twice the width of the widest web material separates a portion of the first web material in the first web transformation station from a portion of the second web material in the second web transformation station. The method of the invention includes steps of unwinding web materials from rolls at each of the first and second unwind stations and transforming the respective web materials using the first and second web transformation stations.

    摘要: An apparatus for making a booklet-like product comprises a paper feeding part; a superposing part for superposing a plurality of continuous webs of paper fed to travel from the paper feeding part, whereby a layered continuous sheet of paper is prepared; a cutting part for cutting the layered continuous sheet into successive separate layered sheets of paper; a conveyance passage; and a stacking and ejection part for causing the separate layered sheets traveling along the conveyance passage to be piled every predetermined number thereof and to be ejected in the form of piles of sheets, each to form the booklet-like product. The superposing part is provided with a paste nozzle for applying paste to one of two adjacent such continuous webs of paper on its one side and a further paste nozzle for applying paste to the upper surface of the layered continuous sheet.

    摘要: The present insulation spool apparatus is adapted for lining ductwork with insulation material and includes a pair of spaced apart first and second spool plates for holding and mounting a plurality of rolls of insulation material at one time, each individual roll of insulation material being rotatable into operative position for use. Each spool plate includes a plurality of receptacles for engaging and holding one end portion of an insulation roll support shaft. The spool apparatus may further include a plurality of hook plates for guiding the support shafts into locking engagement with the spool plates, locking mechanisms for holding the support shafts in a locked position with the spool plates, one or more paddle assemblies for providing sufficient tension force to each respective roll of insulation material for preventing premature unwinding during use, and a feeder mechanism for feeding and loading such rolled material onto the spool apparatus.
