摘要： A concealed hinge for a turn-tilt window with a fixed frame and a leaf is provided with a scissor mechanism with a main arm having at a first end a hinge for fastening the concealed hinge to the top of the leaf, and is hingeably connected at a second end to a scissor hinge that is intended for the connection to the frame. The scissor hinge is composed of two scissor arms that are hingeable with respect to one another in such a way that the concealed hinge can be folded up. The main arm and the scissor arms extend above one another and parallel to one another in a horizontal direction. In the folded-up situation of the concealed hinge, when viewed vertically the main arm, with a section at the second end, is located above at least one of the scissor arms of the scissor hinge.

摘要： The present invention relates to a device for the shutter-like and tilt-down opening, with respect to a fixed frame, of a window or door-window composed of an upper cross-member and a lower cross-member connected by a pair of uprights on one of which handle is rotatably associated. The peculiarity of the device consists in the fact that it compirses box, arranged on one of the uprights, which is provided with means, actuated by the handle, for tensioning at least one traction element such as cable. This at least one traction element can be advantageously constituted by a first and second cable which actuate a plurality of pins for the temporary closure of the window onto the fixed frame and for coupling to an upper hinge for shutter-like or tilt-down opening. The device furthermore comprises a lower spherical hinge which is provided with a friction action for shutter-like opening and with an articulation action for tilt-down opening. The box finally comprises means adapted to prevent the rotation of the handle starting from the tilt-down condition ot the shutter-like position.

During the turning of the casement sash, the swing part swings only around the vertical limiting part, with a limited motion space. Therefore, the swing part and the casement do not shake easily. When the casement sash is open, the position of the vertical limiting part and casement sash does not change. Because all force of gravity of the casement sash is transferred to the window frame through the vertical limiting part, the bottom of the casement sash does not rub the window frame, avoiding generation of noise and abrasion of components of the hung window.
