摘要: There is described a helicopter having a first member movable with respect to a second member; lubricated supporting means for supporting the first member with respect to the second member; and a primary lubricating circuit for lubricating the supporting means and in turn having primary storage means for accumulating a lubricating fluid, and primary fluid feed means for feeding the lubricating fluid to the supporting means; the helicopter also has an auxiliary lubricating circuit supplied continually by the primary storage means with a first lubricating fluid flow value, and itself continually supplying the supporting means with a second lubricating fluid flow value lower than the first value, so as to produce an auxiliary storage volume of lubricating fluid for use in the event of breakdown of the primary lubricating circuit.

摘要: There is described a transmission for a helicopter, the transmission having a movable transmission member; a casing housing the movable member; lubricated supporting means for supporting the movable member inside the casing and for rotation about an axis; and feed means for feeding a lubricating fluid to the supporting means; the transmission also has storage means permitting gradual release of the lubricating fluid, and which are connected fluidically to the feed means and to the supporting means to permit lubrication of the supporting means in the event of breakdown of the feed means; and the storage means are angularly integral with the movable member and located radially inwards of the supporting means to feed the lubricating fluid centrifugally to the supporting means.

摘要: A lubrication device for a helicopter including: an oil sump in which oil for lubrication is retained; a lubrication pump configured to suck the oil from the oil sump to discharge the oil; and a lubrication passage extending from the lubrication pump to a first lubrication target. The lubrication passage includes: a first supply port that supplies the oil to the first lubrication target; an oil reservoir provided upstream of the first supply port; and an opening provided upstream of the oil reservoir and above the oil reservoir. The first supply port is formed right above the first lubrication target.

摘要: A mechanical system comprising a sump and at least one component to be lubricated or cooled arranged in the sump, the mechanical system comprising a lubricating fluid system provided with a lubricating fluid and a tank arranged in the sump. The tank is a leaking tank and is situated above said at least one component to be lubricated or cooled, the lubricating fluid flowing out of the tank by force of gravity, so as to reach said at least one component to be lubricated or cooled. The lubricating fluid system has at least one lift flow generator connected by at least one filling line to the tank and to at least one suction point present in a bottom of the sump. The lift flow generator fills the tank with the lubricating fluid present in said bottom at least during a starting phase.

摘要: The system comprises an oil pump driven in conjunction with an output shaft of a transmission, a first oil path for supplying oil discharged from the oil pump to a lubrication system of the transmission, a second oil path arranged in parallel with the first oil path to guide the oil from the oil pump to a heat exchanger, and a valve inserted on an upstream side of the heat exchanger in the second oil path. The valve opens at a first set pressure to conduct the oil from the oil pump to the second oil path. The oil is supplied to the first oil path in a low vehicle speed area below the first set pressure, so that oil supply necessary for the lubrication system can be ensured. The oil is supplied to the second oil path in a high vehicle speed area over the first set pressure.

摘要: An auxiliary oil pump system for a gearbox, comprising: an auxiliary battery; a controller electrically connected to the auxiliary battery; and an auxiliary oil pump driven by the controller using a self-adaptive process, wherein the self-adaptive process comprises: the controller receives current operational pressure signal and compared the current operational pressure signal to a pressure threshold; if the current operational pressure signal is bigger than the pressure threshold, the auxiliary oil pump keeps current rotational speed; if the current operational pressure signal is smaller than the pressure threshold, the auxiliary oil pump improves the rotational speed by a pre-determined speed.

摘要: In order to implement a reliable supply of lubricant to gear unit components during emergency or spinning operation of a gear unit, level control is provided in a lubricant sump of the gear unit as a function of the operating state by means of a control unit associated with a lubricant pump. During normal operation the level is adjusted to dry sump level. In contrast, the lubricant pump is switched off in emergency or spinning operation, so that a splash lubrication level is automatically achieved in the lubricant sump.
