摘要： A rolling bearing device includes a rolling bearing and an oil supply unit. The oil supply unit includes a lubrication oil tank, a pump which sucks lubrication oil from the lubrication oil tank and discharges the lubrication oil from a discharge porta driving section which drives the pump and a generator section which supplies the driving section with electric energy. The oil supply unit is attached to a fixed-ring-side member of the rolling bearing or a spacer adjacent to the rolling bearing. The oil supply unit further includes a communication unit which transmits operation information of the oil supply unit to an outside.

摘要： A rolling bearing apparatus includes: a bearing portion having an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of balls, and a cage; and a lubrication unit that is provided adjacently to an annular space formed between the inner ring and the outer ring and that has a pump that feeds a lubricant into the annular space. The pump has a main body portion having an internal space in which the lubricant is retained and being open at one end of the main body portion, a metal diaphragm fixed to a fixation portion that is a part of the main body portion so as to close the opening of the main body portion, and a piezoelectric element fixed to the diaphragm. At least the fixation portion of the main body portion is formed of metal, and the fixation portion and the diaphragm are fixed together by metal joining.

摘要： A lubricating system is affixed to and rotates with a rotary drive shaft, and provides automatic lubrication of the rotating bearings of a universal joint or similar articulated juncture in the shaft while the shaft is rotating. The present system includes a series of conventional automatic lubricators which are affixed to the shaft by a novel bracket. The bracket components provide for installation from the sides of the shaft, in order to avoid any requirement to disconnect the shaft at one end to pass the bracket over the end of the shaft. Each component group securing each side of the bracket portions together is configured to closely balance the weight of one lubricator in a partially depleted state, in order to avoid any undue balance problems on the shaft.

摘要： An annular lubrication reservoir is mounted on the periphery of a rotatable shaft, the reservoir defining a fluid tight annular enclosure having one or more apertures through its surface. Conduit means are connected to the apertures for conducting lubrication from the reservoir to a bearing surface. Valve means are mounted adjacent the aperture to limit the lubricant flow to one direction, out of the reservoir toward the bearing surface. A piston pump is mounted in association with the apertures whereby on rotation of the shaft the piston is driven radially outward to force lubricant out of the reservoir through the valve and into the conduit.

摘要： A track roller for a continuous track on a crawler tractor or the like comprises two sections welded together to define an interior lubrication cavity which communicates by means of lubrication passages to spaces containing bearings and to an exterior lubrication port. The track roller has a central cavity with a foam material holding a lubricant in its open cells. Axles extend from the track roller and through which a passage extends to communicate with the cavity. The axles are supported by bearings in the caps that are fixedly and non-rotatably mounted on the frame that supports the track roller. The passage in each axle permits lubricant to pass from the cavity to the bearings.

摘要： A lubricated drive system for an accessory of a gas turbine engine which includes means for intermittently lubricating a splined interconnection between two shafts as well as means for lubricating a bearing for the shafts. Lubricant is supplied to an annular reservoir within one shaft, and this reservoir is kept full by centrifugal force when the shaft is rotating. During this period of rotation at a predetermined minimum speed, the excess lubricant supplied to the reservoir is discharged therefrom onto the bearing for the shaft or shafts, and when rotation of the shaft reduces below the minimum value or stops, the predetermined amount of lubricant within the annular reservoir spills therefrom onto a splined interconnection between the shafts so that it can centrifuge into the splines when rotation of the shafts begins.
