Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a doping apparatus for manufacturing an electrode of an energy storage device. The doping apparatus according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a doping chamber body providing a doping space where a process of doping lithium ions onto an electrode plate is performed; a plurality of doping plates laminated vertically in the doping chamber body and containing lithium; and an electrode plate feeder feeding the electrode plate so that the electrode plate passes through gaps among the doping plates.
Abstract:
In a wire pull-in apparatus in which a wire to be coated passes repeatedly through individual work units of a wire enameling facility, band rollers (5, 6, 7) are coaxially mounted before the faces of wire guide roller blocks (2, 3, 4) about which the wire to be coated runs, with an endless band (1) bearing a fastening portion (8) and being guided in untwistable fashion about the band rollers. The wire shifting rollers (9) and (10) are located before each wire guide roller block (2) and (3) and are axially parallel thereto. The wire to be pulled in is fixed on the fastening portion (8) and is placed about the wire guide roller blocks (2, 3, 4) by rotation of the endless band (1). After each full rotation of the endless band (1), each new wire loop placed about the wire guide blocks is shifted laterally a certain distance on the wire guide blocks by rotation or axial shifting of the wire shifting rollers (9, 11) so that room is always made for the placing of a further wire loop.
Abstract:
For the continuous treatment of textile or yarn, the textile or yarn, previously soaked with a solution for treatment, is treated both with wet heat in the form of saturated steam of 105*-170*C in a closed system, and in a multi-purpose apparatus for a continuous wet treatment of the cloth. The apparatus includes a wet expander, a device for soaking cloth with a chemical solution and for squeezing the cloth, a high pressure steamer, a washer and a dryer arranged in sequence, and, in addition, a sealing device is provided at the entrance and outlets from the high pressure steamer so that many varieties of finishing can be performed individually or simultaneously.
Abstract:
An apparatus for subjecting a continuous length of moving material to a fluid treatment. The material is initially soaked in a bath of processing fluid while in a substantially tensionless condition. Immediately thereafter, the material is guided through a treatment chamber where it is exposed to a high velocity flow of the same processing fluid.
Abstract:
A method of cleaning the surfaces of guide rolls used in treating and processing cloth comprised of the step of passing a strip of material soaked in a cleaning fluid, such as water, in a continuous path over and in contact with the guide rolls. The method is preferably performed by attaching the strip of material to the cloth being processed and continuously passing it through the guide rolls following the cloth to remove any contamination that might have been accumulated on the rolls during processing. In the passage over the rolls, which are preferably reversed during the cleaning operation, the strip of material is squeezed against the rolls and the cleaning fluid assists in the removal of contaminants as the cloth wipes the roll clean.
Abstract:
A unidirectionally reinforced resin structure is manufactured by an apparatus which comprises a melt resin bath in which a melt resin is stored and into which a long fiber bundle passes, and a plurality of opening pins disposed in the melt resin bath. The long fiber bundle is impregnated with the melt resin and opened by the opening pins during the passing in the melt resin bath. The opening pins are arranged in a perpendicular direction with respect to the melt resin bath and the opening pins are composed of at least two groups in the perpendicular direction so as to open at least two long fiber bundles.
Abstract:
An installation for pickling rolled metal strip in order to remove oxides formed thereon. The strip is fed horizontally through an acid solution bath over a series of deflecting rollers rotating about axes perpendicular to the feed direction of the strip and defining, within a single vessel, outward and return paths comprising at least three superposed sections, and walls dividing the vessel into at least two superposed treatment cells of a height which is low enough for the treatment liquid to be driven along by the feeding of the strip by pumping action.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for impregnating a fibrous base material with a varnish liquid, wherein the so-impregnated base material is substantially air free. A base material is passed under the surface of and through a supply of low-viscosity liquid such as to impregnate the base material with the low-viscosity liquid and displace air from the base material so as to provide a substantially air-free base material. The air-free base material is passed through an entrance for and into a syphon. An inert gas is supplied to the syphon so as to maintain an inert gas atmosphere therein sufficient to maintain the air-free condition of the base material. The air-free base material is then passed through an exit of the syphon and under the surface of and through a supply of varnish liquid sufficiently to displace the low-viscosity liquid from the air-free base material and impregnate the air-free base material with the varnish liquid.
