摘要: An auxiliary device for a hydraulic brake assembly used on a two-wheel vehicle includes a body and a transmission device. The body has four cylinders respectively connected to the left and right brake lever hoses, and front and rear wheel brake hoses. By the operation of the transmission device, the front and the rear wheels are braked by either pulling the left brake lever or the right brake lever. The front wheel brake unit and the rear wheel brake unit are simultaneously activated by pulling either the left brake lever or the right break lever. The front wheel is braked right after the rear wheel is braked, and the braking force applied to the rear wheel is larger than that to the front wheel.

摘要: A straddle-type tracked vehicle comprises a frame and a foot board pivotally connected to the frame. A retainer selectively prevents the foot board from pivoting with respect to the frame. An actuator, operatively connected to at least one operative system of the vehicle, has a pedal disposed at least in part vertically above the foot board. In a first state of the retainer, the foot board is fixed in a default position by the retainer. The pedal is movable between a first position and a second position. The second position is vertically below the first position and vertically above the default position of the foot board. In a second state of the retainer, the foot board pivots such that at least a front of the foot board is at a position vertically below the default position. The pedal is movable to a third position vertically below the second position.

摘要: A brake device and a brake system using the same are provided. The brake device mainly has a housing having one end oppositely connected to a top lid. A synchronization assembly accommodated with the housing has first and second end surfaces, through which active and passive brake cable sets penetrate. An active limiter is connected to the second end surface of the active brake cable set, and the passive brake cable set is connected to at least one passive limiter, at least one elastic member and at least one brake assembly. A rear wheel is firstly braked and then a front wheel is braked according to a ratio between the corresponding elastic members through the movements of the active and passive brake cable sets, the elastic member and the single synchronization assembly. Meanwhile, the overall size and the manufacturing cost of the brake device can be effectively and saved, respectively.

摘要: A brake-action synchronizing device for a two-wheeled vehicle includes a force imparting unit which is disposed in a housing and which includes a first block secured to and moved with a front brake cable, a stage extending transversely from the first block, and a second block which is disposed in the housing and which is secured to a rear brake cable. When the front brake cable is pulled by virtue of a front braking action, the first block is caused to move toward a ceiling wall of the housing and lift the second block so as to pull the rear brake cable, thereby delivering braking forces to both rear and front wheels of the vehicle.

摘要: The present invention relates to a braking lever assembly, more particularly, to a braking mechanism assembly for a motorcycle or bicycle in which the braking mechanisms of both the front and rear wheels can be simultaneously and synchronously actuated to ensure a safe and effective braking. As a result, driving safety can be properly ensured. The braking lever assembly generally comprises a mounting socket and a braking lever which is pivotally attached to the mounting socket. The mounting socket is provided with a pair of guiding holes for the braking cables. The braking lever is pivotally connected with a pulling rod by a 8-shape plate and the pulling rod in turn is provided with a pair of positioning holes for pivotally attaching the anchoring head of the braking cables therein. Wherein when the braking lever is depressed, the 8-shape plate together with the pulling rod are pulled backward such that the braking cables are pulled backward to actuate the braking mechanism for both the front and rear wheels. The wearing of the lining of each braking mechanism can be automatically adjusted and compensated by the shifting of the pulling rod which is pivotally attached to the 8-shape plate. Consequently, the front and rear braking mechanisms can be simultaneously actuated with equal braking force to ensure riding safety.

A decoupler disengages the front chain sprocket from the crank when reverse-rotated to prevent application of the brakes when the bike backs up. 摘要: A primary brake system operated by either one of a hand operated means and a foot operated system is mounted on one of the front and rear wheels, and a secondary brake system operated in response to the operation of the primary brake system is mounted on the other wheel. Consequently, it is possible to provide a braking-force distribution for the front and rear wheels with a predetermined common characteristic, leading to an improved brake feel. A braking-force control is provided for controlling the braking-force distribution to the front and rear wheels in accordance with the operating forces of a first input operated by the hand operated element and a second input operated by the foot operated element, so that an ideal distribution characteristic falls within a region between a first braking-force distribution characteristic for the front and rear wheels by the hand operated element and a second braking-force distribution characteristic for the wheels by the foot operated element, such region being a braking-force distribution characteristic region at a time when the hand and foot operated elements are operated simultaneously.

摘要: A disk brake system employing a caliper support bracket pivotally mounted about the axis of a first disk which is coupled with a hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder in turn drives a second caliper assembly on a second disk. The hydraulic cylinder driven by the caliper support bracket is aligned with the plane of the disk. A bell crank may be employed in alignment with the disk to couple the caliper support bracket and the hydraulic cylinder together.
