摘要: This present disclosure provides a control method, a device, and an apparatus for a liquid cooling pipeline of a battery energy storage system. The control method comprises: monitoring, the battery energy storage system to obtain the working mode and a first temperature; determining, a thermal management mode to be turned on for the battery energy storage system and judging whether the battery energy storage system needs to perform a startup flow control, based on the first temperature and the working mode of the plurality of battery cells in each one of the battery clusters; and in response to the battery energy storage system needs to perform a startup flow control, determining a target battery cluster based on the first temperature and the thermal management mode, and turning on a flow control valve of a liquid cooling pipeline branch corresponding to the target battery cluster.

摘要: A battery temperature regulation device includes: fill port provided in a circuit in which coolant circulates; a pump; a plurality of heat exchangers; a solenoid valve arranged in a branching path of the circuit and switching the flow path; a controller controlling switching of the flow path; a heat exchange circuit performing heat exchange with the battery; a first circuit; and a second circuit, the fill port is arranged in either of the first and second circuit, and when filling coolant from the fill port, by performing open/close control of the solenoid valve after operation of the pump, and switching the circuit to the fill port arrangement circuit in which the fill port is arranged, air remaining in the circuit is discharged from the fill port.

摘要: A battery assembly includes a battery housing and a plurality of battery cells stacked within the battery housing in a stacking direction. Each of the battery cells includes an anode current collector, an anode material on the anode current collector, a cathode current collector, a cathode material on the cathode current collector, and a solid-state electrolyte sandwiched between the anode material and the cathode material for transporting ions between the anode material and the cathode material. The battery assembly also includes a hydraulic actuator for forcing the battery cells together in the stacking direction, and a coolant circuit for providing coolant into the battery housing via a housing inlet to exchange heat with the battery cells and for providing coolant to the hydraulic actuator when the battery cells are being discharged.

摘要: A system includes a battery module with a plurality of walls having a first end wall spaced apart from a second end wall. A plurality of battery cells disposed between the first end wall and the second end wall. The system also includes an inlet module pump communicating dielectric fluid into the battery module into a space between the battery cells and the walls. A compressible element is disposed adjacent to at least one of the plurality of battery cells and has an element wall and an element pump communicating dielectric fluid from the space into the compressible element. The system also includes a pressure sensor generating a pressure signal indicative of the pressure within the battery module. The system also includes a controller coupled to the inlet module pump and the element pump and the pressure sensor, said controller configured to control a pressure within the compressible element based on the pressure signal.

A slot for installing a wireless charging cover is formed after a left shell and the right shell are assembled together. A charging coil holder for fixing a wireless charging coil is disposed on an inner side of the wireless charging cover. The portable energy-storage power supply device has the advantages that installation is convenient, operation is easy, the layout of internal parts is reasonable, and the width of the shell is small.

摘要: Electrochemical reactors with electrodes that have variable porosity across the electrode and associated methods are described. The electrodes are designed and micro-architected to have variable porosity and 3D flow. One example method of selecting porosities in an electrochemical reactor includes dividing an electrode of the electrochemical reactor into a plurality of unit cells and determining a plurality of cell-specific porosities for the plurality of unit cells as a function of a location for each of the plurality of unit cells. The cell-specific porosities are configured based on a rod diameter of each unit cell's internal structure relative to each unit cell's cell length, and each location in the electrode provides a selected fluid flow property and a selected conductive property to meet one or more performance metrics.

The circuit includes a section formed within one of the walls of the housing. The section also receives a thermal element that is designed to exchange heat with the dielectric fluid circuit.

摘要: A thermal management system for battery includes a plurality of cells, at least one inlet element having main inlet conduit and a plurality of inlet rail conduits, at least one outlet element having a main outlet conduit and a plurality of outlet rail conduits, and a plurality of battery holders. Each battery holder of the plurality of battery holders includes: a hollow wall structure surrounding a cavity in which a respective cell of the plurality of cells is to be accommodated; an inlet orifice; and an outlet orifice. The thermal management system may further include a coolant configured to be received via the main inlet conduit into a respective inlet rail conduit, wherein the coolant is configured to: circulate through the cavity of the hollow wall structure and exchange heat generated by the respective cell; and flow via a respective outlet rail conduit to the main outlet conduit.

摘要: An energy storage and charging station. Heat of an energy storage system and heat of a charging system are managed in a centralized manner so that the energy storage system and the charging system can exchange heat by using a heat exchange assembly. A cooling medium in a cooling medium loop separately flows through the charging system and the energy storage system, and the charging system and the energy storage system each exchange heat with the cooling medium loop. Heat generated when the charging system works is transferred, through the cooling medium loop, to the energy storage system for use, to reduce energy consumption required to heat the energy storage system to maintain a temperature, and improve energy use efficiency.
