摘要: Techniques are provided for cyber warning. One technique includes a cyber warning receiver (CWR). The CWR includes a bus sensing circuit to sense traffic on a communications bus over time, an anomaly detecting circuit to detect anomalous behavior in the sensed bus traffic, a data fusing circuit to fuse the detected anomalous behavior into groups having similar characteristics, a decision making circuit to decide if the fused anomalous behavior is normal or abnormal, and a behavior logging circuit to log the detected anomalous behavior on an electronic storage device. In one embodiment, the CWR further includes a behavior alerting circuit to alert an operator to the fused anomalous behavior identified as abnormal. In one embodiment, the communications bus is an embedded communications bus, such as a MIL-STD-1553 bus, and the CWR is a standalone device configured to connect to the MIL-STD-1553 bus as a bus monitor.

摘要: Techniques are provided for speech denoising using a denoising neural network (NN) trained with deep feature losses obtained from an audio classifier NN. A methodology implementing the techniques according to an embodiment includes applying the speech denoising NN, to be trained, to a noisy sample of a training speech signal to generate a processed training speech signal. The method further includes applying a trained audio classifier NN to the processed training speech signal to generate a first set of activation features, and applying the trained audio classifier NN to a clean sample of the training speech signal to generate a second set of activation features. The method further includes calculating a loss value based on the first and second sets of activation features, and performing a back-propagation training update of the denoising NN, based on the loss value. The method includes iterating this process to further train the denoising NN.

摘要: A takedown lever assembly for a striker-fired handgun. The takedown lever assembly includes a takedown actuation lever operable between a firing position and a takedown position, and a safety bar operatively coupled to the takedown actuation lever. The safety bar moves longitudinally along the frame in response to moving the takedown actuation lever from the firing position to the takedown position, thereby causing the sear to disengage from the striker.

摘要: Techniques are disclosed for fabricating a self-aligned spin-transfer torque memory (STTM) device with a dot-contacted free magnetic layer. In some embodiments, the disclosed STTM device includes a first dielectric spacer covering sidewalls of an electrically conductive hardmask layer that is patterned to provide an electronic contact for the STTM's free magnetic layer. The hardmask contact can be narrower than the free magnetic layer. The first dielectric spacer can be utilized in patterning the STTM's fixed magnetic layer. In some embodiments, the STTM further includes an optional second dielectric spacer covering sidewalls of its free magnetic layer. The second dielectric spacer can be utilized in patterning the STTM's fixed magnetic layer and may serve, at least in part, to protect the sidewalls of the free magnetic layer from redepositing of etch byproducts during such patterning, thereby preventing electrical shorting between the fixed magnetic layer and the free magnetic layer.

摘要: Techniques are disclosed for co-integrating transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDC)-based p-channel transistor devices and III-N semiconductor-based n-channel transistor devices. In accordance with some embodiments, a p-channel transistor device configured as described herein may include a layer of TMDC material such as, for example, tungsten diselenide, tungsten disulfide, molybdenum diselenide, or molybdenum disulfide, and an n-channel transistor device configured as described herein may include a layer of III-V material such as, for example, gallium nitride, aluminum nitride, aluminum gallium nitride, and indium aluminum nitride. Transistor structures provided as described herein may be utilized, for instance, in power delivery applications where III-N semiconductor-based n-channel power transistor devices can benefit from being integrated with low-leakage, high-performance p-channel devices providing logic and control circuitry. In some cases, a TMDC-based transistor provided as described herein may exhibit p-channel mobility in excess of bulk Si and thus may exhibit faster performance than traditional Si-based p-channel transistors.

摘要: A binocular display device comprising two ocular assemblies (1A, 1B) to be worn by a user concurrently with one respective ocular assembly at each eye. Each ocular assembly comprises an outer optical part having a positive optical strength (2A, 2B), an inner optical part (4A, 4B) having a negative optical strength and a transparent slab waveguide display part (3A, 3B) in between them. Substantially collimated display light is output from the waveguide for display, and external light of an external scene is transmitted through the waveguide from the outer optical part for viewing concurrently with the display light. The inner optical part imposes a divergence on the received display light to generate a virtual focal point (f) substantially common to each ocular assembly. In use, an image conveyed by the display light is superimposed on the external scene as a three-dimensional (3D) image when viewed through the binocular display device.
