Abstract: A hydraulic brake system for a vehicle, including: a wheel brake device configured to generate a braking force based on a pressure of a working fluid; a first brake system including a high-pressure source device including an accumulator and a first pump device that is driven intermittently such that a pressure of the working fluid in the accumulator is not lower than a set lower limit pressure and not higher than a set upper limit pressure; a second brake system including a second pump device; and a main power source that supplies electricity to the first and second brake systems, wherein the hydraulic brake system includes an auxiliary power source that supplies electricity to the first brake system when a failure occurs in the main power source, and wherein the first pump device is continuously driven when the failure occurs irrespective of the pressure in the accumulator.

Abstract: A vehicle which adopts a control device as a braking control device includes a sensor that acquires a rotation angle of a wheel. The control device includes a first distance calculation unit, a second distance calculation unit, and a braking control unit. The first distance calculation unit sets a braking force corresponding to a braking operation member operation amount as a reference braking force, estimates vehicle longitudinal acceleration based on the reference braking force, and calculates a braking force reference distance estimating a moving distance until the vehicle stops based on the longitudinal acceleration. The second distance calculation unit calculates a wheel reference distance estimating the vehicle moving distance based on a detection signal of the sensor and a wheel diameter. The braking control unit executes feedback control for controlling the vehicle braking force so that a difference between the braking force reference distance and the wheel reference distance decreases.

Abstract: A travel assist device includes: a creation unit configured to create a traveling profile based on a total traveling distance; and an output unit configured to output an operation amount according to a target state amount, which is a target value of a state amount indicated by the traveling profile, to at least one of a driving device and a braking device. Abstract: A travel control device includes a turning control unit configured to execute turning support control causing a turning state quantity to follow a target turning state quantity by causing at least one of a front wheel steered angle adjustment device, a rear wheel steered angle adjustment device, and a braking device to be driven, and a steering instruction unit configured to, when steering is not being performed during the execution of turning support control, derive a holding torque and instruct a steering device to apply the holding torque to a steering wheel. The turning control unit causes the rear wheel steered angle adjustment device and/or the braking device to be driven but causes the front wheel steered angle adjustment device not to be driven when steering is not being performed. The turning control unit causes the front wheel steered angle adjustment device to be driven when steering is being performed.

Abstract: A vehicle includes a regenerative generator on a front wheel. A braking control device includes an actuator that applies a front wheel torque and a rear wheel torque, and a controller that individually adjusts the front wheel torque and the rear wheel torque. The controller is configured to determine the front wheel torque and the rear wheel torque to zero when a regenerative braking force Fg generated by the regenerative generator has not reached a maximum regenerative force Fx which is a generatable maximum value. On the other hand, the controller is configured to increase the rear wheel torque from zero before increasing the front wheel torque from zero when the regenerative braking force Fg reaches the maximum regenerative force Fx.
