摘要: A process and apparatus for separating a feed containing hydrogen, carbon monoxide, methane, and optionally nitrogen to form a product gas having a desired H2:CO molar ratio and optionally a hydrogen product gas and a carbon monoxide product gas. The feed is partially condensed to form a hydrogen-enriched vapor fraction and a carbon monoxide-enriched liquid fraction. The hydrogen-enriched vapor fraction and carbon monoxide-enriched liquid fraction are combined in a regulated manner to form an admixture, which is cryogenically separated to form the product mixture having the desired H2:CO molar ratio.

Different personalization items (e.g., an icon or avatar, wallpaper, sounds, a smiley set, and text style) are provided based upon the chat room that the user is visiting. The personalization items may be customized based upon the identity of the chat room (such as a particular chat room, the type of chat room, or the content of the chat room). The personalization items may be host based and may leverage instant messaging (“IM”) personalization items. The personalization items may be user selected or user provided.

摘要: A method and apparatus for depositing a coating material on a surface of a substrate by an ion plasma deposition process using a hollow cathode is disclosed. The cathode may be a substantially cylindrical hollow cathode. A plasma arc is formed on the outer circumference of the cathode to remove coating material from the cathode, which is then deposited on a surface of a substrate. An internal arc drive magnet is contained within the hollow bore of the cathode and cooling is provided to the magnet during operation.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for upgrading fluid meters with improved modular check valve technology. The check valve module is secured within the meter using only external fasteners. The check valve module may also include a seal. The seal may be inspected by simply removing the external fasteners securing the check valve module within the enclosure and removing the check valve module from the enclosure. The check valve module may include a test port for testing the operation of the check valve. Additionally, a module insert is disclosed comprising a screen module, a metering module, a check valve module, and a bypass arm for dual metering solutions. The module insert may be installed in meter housing connected to a fluid delivery system or new meter housing. Additionally, the module insert may be constructed from materials substantially free of lead.

摘要: A manufacturing method is provided. The manufacturing method includes forming one or more grooves in a component that comprises a substrate with an outer surface. The substrate has at least one interior space. Each groove extends at least partially along the substrate and has a base and a top. The manufacturing method further includes processing an intermediate surface of the component to plastically deform the surface adjacent at least one edge of a respective groove, such that the distance across the top of the groove is reduced. Another manufacturing method is provided and includes processing an intermediate surface of the component to facet the intermediate surface in the vicinity of the groove.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for improved check valve technology used in flow meters, particularly compound/combo meters. The improved check valve technology may be comprised in a single piece module that (1) can easily be removed from the meter without disturbing the metering module, (2) has few or no complicated rollers and pins that require calibration, (3) requires little or no special training to remove, (4) does not require the meter repairperson to move relatively heavy objects, (5) comprises a seal as part of the check valve assembly simplifying seal inspection, seal removal and seal replacement; and (6) is secured in its housing using only external fasteners. The check valve module may be used for upgrading meters installed at customer sites, for upgrading used meters returned for repairs, and for simplifying new meter production.
