    摘要: Described herein are examples of material testing systems that allow users to select one or more customizable data parsers (from amongst several customizable data parsers) when configuring a workflow for setup, execution, and/or analysis of a test method on a material testing machine. Thereafter, when a piece of data is imported by an importation device during operation of the workflow, the selected data parser(s) can separate (or parse) out several smaller data portions from the imported data. The several smaller data portions can be mapped to different input fields and/or used to set several different (e.g., input field associated) parameters of the workflow at the same time. In this way, a material testing workflow can be made far more efficient than in conventional systems where imported data can only be used to set a single workflow parameter (and/or fill a single input field).

    摘要: A histology processing cassette stack having a plurality of cassettes for use in analysing or processing biological samples is disclosed. The stack of cassettes are arranged in register and threaded on a connecting strip which passes through an aperture in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the cassette though a front wall of the cassette. The cassettes are held in fixed relation and may be transported and inserted en bloc into a magazine in a printing system by the connecting strip having a retaining part abutting the bottom cassette and able to bear the weight of the stack of cassettes when suspended. A printing system comprising a housing having a void for receiving a magazine loaded with the stack of cassettes is also disclosed.

    摘要: In order to mark a laboratory sample cassette (2), dye marks (40, 41) are printed by an inkjet printer head (7) onto a tape (11). Rollers (17) move the tape (11) from a first location (13) adjacent to the printer head (7) to a cassette receiving location (15). A cassette clamp marker (8) at the cassette receiving location (15) has a shaped member (10) arranged to fold the tape (11) when a laboratory sample cassette (2) is in the cassette receiving location (15) so that part of the tape (11) covers a marking surface (6) of the cassette (2) and another part of the tape (11) covers a side surface (4) of the cassette (2). The shaped member (10) also has heating pads (26, 29) and when an actuator (32) applies the shaped member (10) to the tape (11) in the cassette receiving location (15), the heating pads (26, 29) are heated so that dye of the dye marks (40, 41) on the tape (11) ingresses into the marking surface (6) and the side surface (4) of the cassette (2) to mark these surfaces.

A labeling device for an automatic blood-sampling-tube setting-up device comprises a means for taking out a blood-sampling tube based on patient information and supporting the blood-sampling tube at a labeling position, a blood-sampling tube driving means for rotary driving the blood-sampling tube at the labeling position, a label printing means for creating an identification label by printing test information and/or patient information and outputting the identification label to the labeling position, a product label position detecting means for detecting the edge of a product label previously pasted to the outer surface of the blood-sampling tube, and a controller for controlling the operation of the label printing means and the blood-sampling tube driving means such that the identification label is pasted over the product label with a continuous gap left in the axial direction of the blood-sampling tube on the outer surface of a blood-sampling tube based on information about the diameter of a blood-sampling tube corresponding to the blood-sampling tube at the labeling position, and information about the edge of the product label obtained from the product label position detecting means.

The above-mentioned mechanism portions are configured as an easily-detachable module.
