摘要: A LED plant light includes an optical reflector having at least one incident hole at the top and at least one emitting hole at the bottom thereof, a LED illuminant placed at the end of the incident hole, and a diffuser assembled to the bottom of the optical reflector and corresponding to the emitting hole for transmitting the light beam. The optical reflector is located between the LED illuminant and the diffuser. The optical reflector collects as much light as possible from the LED illuminant at first, and then the light are mixing on the diffuser to further transmit to the plant; if an illuminative range cannot completely cover a planting area, a user just adjusts the location of the diffuser in order to change the angle of the emitting light and to enlarge the illuminative range for giving the plant one uniform illumination.

摘要: A gray code encoding and decoding method applied to holographic storage devices is proposed. The encoding method uses gray levels of a 2D detector to encode a certain amount of original bits of the original data, and then sends them to a spatial light modulator (SLM) for encryption. The decoding method corrects the received gray levels to the original gray levels, and then compares the maximum gray level with the original gray levels to decode the original gray level into binary data. The proposed encoding and decoding method can better make use of storage locations of the 2D detector and get a code rate close to 1.

摘要: A hologram disc reading and writing apparatus including a signal light source module, a beam splitter, a reference/reading light source, a reflector, and an optical reading head and a hologram disc reading apparatus are provided. A signal light beam emitted from the signal light source module is transmitted to a data region of a hologram disc through the beam splitter. The reference/reading light source, the signal light source module, and the optical reading head are disposed at the same side of the hologram disc. The reflector is disposed at the other side. A spherical wave light beam emitted from the reference/reading light source is transmitted through the data region and reflected by the reflector to form a phase conjugate light beam transmitted to and through the data region. The phase conjugate light beam is transformed to a data light beam transmitted to the optical reading head through the beam splitter.

摘要: An automobile lamp includes a light emitting element used as an initial light source, a light guide element for calculating a divergence angle and a light emitting area of the divergence angle of the initial light source, and a lens element to enhance a light extraction efficiency of the light emitting element and produce a light source with a predetermined light pattern and a high light extraction efficiency. A projecting element is used for enhancing the contrast of the light pattern of the light source, so that the automobile lamp can project a high-contrast cutoff line. A light emitting surface of the light emitting element is designed with a predetermined shape, such that no other optical component is required for projecting a light beam with a cross-section of a predetermined shape, so as to enhance a light energy utilization efficiency of the automobile lamp effectively.

摘要: A cut filter is used in a backlight module or a display device and positioned over the light source to filter off a part of the light comprising an overlap of at least two of the red light, the green light, and the blue light. By filtering off the overlapping part of light emitted from the light source to obtain a purer primary color light, the display device equipped with a conventional color filter can attain an improved color gamut.
