    摘要: A field emission pixel includes a cathode on which a field emitter emitting electrons is formed, an anode on which a phosphor absorbing electrons from the field emitter is formed, and a thin film transistor (TFT) having a source connected to a current source in response to a scan signal, a gate receiving a data signal, and a drain connected to the field emitter. The field emitter is made of carbon material such as diamond, diamond like carbon, carbon nanotube or carbon nanofiber. The cathode may include multiple field emitters, and the TFT may include multiple transistors having gates to which the same signal is applied, sources to which the same signal is applied, and drains respectively connected to the field emitters. An active layer of the TFT is made of a semiconductor film such as amorphous silicon, micro-crystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, wide-band gap material like ZnO, or an organic semiconductor.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for melting incineration ash generated in an incinerator using a steam plasma torch which is capable of minimizing secondary pollutants and collecting calcium chloride from the melt. An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a method for treating incineration ash, including: generating a melt by melting the incineration ash comprising fly ash and bottom ash using a steam plasma torch; cooling the melt using water to dissolve molten salt included in the melt in the water and vitrify slag included in the melt; and collecting calcium chloride from the water in which the molten salt is dissolved.

    摘要: A door opening/closing device for an ice dispenser is disclosed. The door opening/closing device includes a DC motor 1 which is rotated in forward and reverse directions, a 2-staged spur gear 3 meshed with a worm gear 2 installed on a driving shaft, a 3-staged spur gear 4 meshed with the 2-staged spur gear 3, and a fan-shaped output gear 5 meshed with the 3-staged spur gear 4 and rotated in forward and reverse directions by interconnection of the motor 1 and the gears 2, 3 and 4. If the output gear 5 is rotated in the forward direction, a rod-shaped boss 5a pushes and rotates a link lever 6a to press a coil spring 8 wound around an opening/closing link 6 and thus open a door 7. If the output gear 5 is rotated in the reverse direction, the coil spring 8 is released from a pressurized state, and the rod-shaped boss 5a rotates in the reverse direction while abutting against the link lever 6a, so that the door 7 is closed without generating impact and sound.

    摘要: Provided are a laser video projector having a multi-channel acousto-optic modulator, and a method and circuit for driving the laser video projector. The laser video projector includes a light generating portion, an optic modulator, an optic combining portion, and an optic scanning portion. The light generating portion emits light to be used to project a video image. The optic modulator modulates the light incident from the light generating portion by using the video signal. The optic combining portion combines modulated light beams emitted from the optic modulator. The optic scanning portion scans light incident from the optic combining portion on a screen. The optic modulator has six or more optic modulation channels so that a plurality of red light beams, a plurality of green light beams, and a plurality of blue light beams incident in a state suitable for optic modulation are simultaneously modulated. Accordingly, limitations in the performance of an optic modulator and an optic scanner can be overcome. Also, a laser video projector can be made small. In addition, the degree of freedom for arranging components increases and the components can be well arranged. Furthermore, a video image of high brightness can be realized.
