This invention provides a white LED lamp using an ultraviolet light emitting LED, which can simultaneously realize a high level of color rendering and a high level of brightness by virtue of an improved combination of a blue light emitting phosphor, a green light emitting phosphor, and a red light emitting phosphor.A white LED lamp 1 according to the present invention comprises an LED chip 2 having a luminescence wavelength of not less than 360 nm and not more than 440 nm, and a light emitting part excitable upon exposure to light from the LED chip 2 to emit white light and comprising a phosphor, the phosphor comprising a blue light emitting phosphor, a green light emitting phosphor, and a red light emitting phosphor bonded to each other. At least one phosphor selected from europium-activated halophosphate phosphors and europium-activated aluminate phosphors is used as the blue light emitting phosphor. A gold- and aluminum-activated zinc sulfide phosphor is used as the green light emitting phosphor. At least one phosphor selected from europium- and samarium-activated lanthanum oxysulfide phosphors and copper- and manganese-activated zinc sulfide phosphors is used as the red light emitting phosphor.
