    Abstract: A packaging material 1 for a power storage device is configured to include a polyamide resin layer 2 as an outer layer, a polyolefin resin layer 3 as an inner layer, and an aluminum foil layer 4 arranged between both the layers. A thickness of the packaging material 1 for a power storage device is 90 μm or less, a tensile breaking strength of the packaging material for a power storage device is 110 N/15 mm width or more, and a tensile breaking elongation of the packaging material for a power storage device is 90% or more. This enables to provide a packaging material for a power storage device thin in thickness and light in weight which is capable of securing excellent formability even when deep shape forming is performed and also is high in mechanical strength and excellent in impact resistance.

    Abstract: Provided is a molding packaging material that can have an increased use life, can suppress a decrease over time in inter-layer lamination strength, and can have superior molding properties in extrusion molding, draw forming, and the like. The laminate molding packaging material contains: an outside substrate layer (2) comprising a heat resistant resin; an inside sealant layer (3) comprising a thermoplastic resin; and a metal foil provided between the two layers as a barrier layer (4). A matte coat layer (6) comprising a heat resistant resin coating film containing a dispersion of inorganic or organic solid microparticles is formed on the outer surface of the outside substrate layer (2), and the gloss value of the surface thereof is suppressed to no greater than 30%.

    Abstract: A molding packaging material including a matte coat layer having excellent formability, chemical resistance, solvent resistance, and printability is provided. The molding packaging material 1 includes an outer base material 13 made of a heat-resistant resin, an inner sealant layer 16 made of a thermoplastic resin, a metal foil layer 11 arranged between the outer base material 13 and the inner sealant layer 16, and a matte coat layer 14 formed on one side of the outer base material opposite to the other side thereof to which the metal foil layer 11 is arranged. The matte coat layer 14 is made from a resin composition containing a base compound resin including a phenoxy resin and a urethane resin, a curing agent, and solid fine particles.

    Abstract: In an external member, peripheral edge regions of first and second metal foil layers are joined via a periphery sealing portion containing thermoplastic resin. A plurality of bare cells are arranged separately in internal spaces surrounded by the first metal foil layer, the second metal foil layer and the periphery sealing portion. The partition region of the first metal foil layer between adjacent bare cells and the partition region of the second metal foil layer between adjacent bare cells are joined via the partition sealing portion. Thus, the internal space is partitioned into a plurality of independent individual spaces. At each individual space, the first metal foil inner exposed portion and the positive electrode portion are connected electrically, and the negative electrode portion of the second metal foil inner exposed portion and the bare cell are connected electrically. The bare cell and electrolyte are encapsulated in each individual space.

    Abstract: The molding packaging material 1 according to the present invention includes a heat resistant resin layer 2 as an outer layer, a thermoplastic resin layer 3 as an inner layer, a metal foil layer 4 arranged between the heat resistant resin layer and the thermoplastic resin layer, and a black ink layer 10 arranged between the metal foil layer 4 and the heat resistant resin layer 2. The black ink layer 10 contains carbon black, diamine, polyol, and hardening agent. The black ink layer does not partially crack and detach even when the molding packaging material according to the present invention is used in a somewhat harsh environment such as a hot and humid environment and/or at the time of molding or sealing.

    Abstract: A packaging material 1 includes a heat resistant resin stretched film layer 2 as an outer layer, a thermoplastic resin layer 3 as an inner layer, a metal foil layer 4 arranged between these layers, and a colored ink layer 10 arranged between the metal foil layer 4 and the heat resistant resin stretched film layer 2. As the heat resistant resin stretched film, a heat resistant resin stretched film having a hot water shrinkage rate of 2% to 20% is used, and the heat resistant resin stretched film layer 2 and the colored ink layer 4 are integrally laminated via an easily adhesive layer 30. In this packaging material, at the time of forming and sealing, and even being used in a somewhat severe environment such as high-temperature and humid environment, the colored ink layer will not be detached from the heat resistant resin stretched film layer.
