A vertical organic transistor is disclosed, which includes at least: a collector contact layer disposed on a substrate; a first organic semiconductor layer disposed on the collector contact layer; a base contact layer disposed on the first organic semiconductor layer, wherein the base contact layer comprises no less than two layers of hetero-metal layers or hetero-conductive organic layers; a second organic semiconductor layer disposed on the base contact layer; and an emitter contact layer disposed on the second organic semiconductor layer. Device properties such as output current and Ion/Ioff rate can be improved by using the vertical organic transistor of this invention.

A display apparatus including an image generator, a projection lens set, a depth detecting module detecting the position of user, and a control unit is provided, wherein the control unit is electrically connected to the image generator, the projection lens set and the depth detecting module. An image displayed by the image generator is projected through the projection lens set and generates a floating real image between the projection lens set and the user. Each beam forming the floating real image has a light-cone angle θ. The image generator and the projection lens adjust the position of the floating real image according to the position of user. The size of the floating real image is L, the distance between two eyes of the user is W, the distance between the user and the floating real image is D, and the light-cone angle θ satisfies the formula of θ ≥ tan - 1 ( L + W D ) .

An electroacoustic apparatus with an optical energy conversion function is provided. The electroacoustic apparatus includes an optical energy converter for converting optical energy into electrical power. The electroacoustic apparatus further includes a signal generator and a flat speaker. The signal generator receives a signal from a sound source and generates a sound signal according to the received signal. The signal generator sends the sound signal to the flat speaker, and the flat speaker makes a sound according to the sound signal. Aforementioned operations are all performed by using the electrical power generated by the optical energy converter or a power stored therein.

The present invention is an optical fiber system and method for carrying both CATV and Ethernet signals. The digital signals are translated into higher band by a direct up/down conversion so that analog signals and digital signals are treated as different frequency bands of electrical signals. Then, all the signals are mixed/divided by a power combiner/divider. And then, by using optoelectronic devices, the signals are processed with optoelectronic conversion. The converted optical signals are transmitted in a fiber or a related optical channel having low channel loss yet high capacity. To sum up, the present invention can transmit digital signals together with analog signals in a single wavelength to save the cost of an optical signal system and to provide a convenience on rearranging the system.
