    摘要: A method for grafting a polysaccharide to a surface of a cell culture article includes (a) contacting the surface of the article with the polysaccharide in a dry form; and (b) exposing the surface of the article and contacted dry polysaccharide to ionizing radiation to graft the polysaccharide to the surface of the article. In addition to grafting the polysaccharide to the surface, the ionizing radiation may serve to sterilize the article.
