The RF portion can include at least two —CF3 groups, at least three —CF3 groups, and/or at least two —CF3 groups and at least two —CH2— groups. Detergents, emulsifiers, paints, adhesives, inks, wetting agents, foamers, and defoamers including the RF-surfactant composition are provided. Acrylics, resins, and polymers are provided that include a RF-monomer unit. Compositions are provided that include a substrate having a RF-composition thereover. Aqueous Film Forming Foam (“AFFF”) formulations are provided that can include RF-surfactants and/or RF-foam stabilizers are provided.

A system for and a method of creating a coherent video data stream of an object moving between a plurality of areas covered by a plurality of data collecting devices is provided. The method includes selecting a plurality of data collecting devices from the plurality of data collecting devices, synchronizing video data streams from the selected plurality of data collecting devices, substantially simultaneously reviewing the video data streams from the selected plurality of data collecting devices, specifying periods of interest for the video data streams from the selected plurality of data collecting devices, and sequentially combining portions of the video data streams into the coherent video data stream, the portions corresponding to the specified periods of interest.

At least one embodiment of the present invention relates a mount for mounting a device, such as a telephone cradle or a navigation device, to a surface. The mount includes a connection member for connecting the device to the mount, the connection member being arranged to allow adjustment of the orientation of the device with respect to the mount; a suction cup arranged to be attached to the surface by generating underpressure in between the suction cup and the surface; a pull member arranged to pull a central part of the suction cup substantially in a first direction from a first position to a second position, thereby generating underpressure in between the suction cup and the surface. In at least one embodiment, in the second position, the pull member is arranged to exert a friction force to the connection member to fixate the connection member.

A navigation system is disclosed for providing navigational directions. It has a navigation device with a body provided with a receiving part. The receiving part has an inner surface provided with a connecting element of a first connection type. The navigation system further includes a docking system arranged to accommodate the navigation device. The docking system has an extending part provided with a connecting element of a second connection type. The connecting element of the second connection type is arranged for connection to the connecting element of the first connection type. The extending part further includes an outer surface with a shape similar to the inner surface of the receiving part of the navigation device. In at least one embodiment, the receiving part is slideable along a trajectory over the outer surface, the trajectory being determined by the shape of both the inner surface of the receiving part of the navigation device and the outer surface of the extending part of the docking system. Particularly, the trajectory is such that the connecting element of the first connection type is guided towards the connecting element of the second connection type for connection.

The present invention is directed to a lubricating oil composition comprising a lubricating oil basestock, an organic silane containing additive of at least 0.1 and less than 2.0 weight percent of the composition, a dispersant-detergent-inhibitor system of less than 15 weight percent of the composition, an organic boron additive of at least 0.1 and less than 8.0 weight percent of the composition, a zinc dithiophosphate additive of at least 0.1 weight percent of the composition and less than 1.6 weight percent of the composition and the composition having at least 80 PPM and less than 1600 RPM silicon, at least 100 PPM and less than 630 PPM phosphorus, at least 105 PPM and less than 710 PPM zinc, at least 1,000 PPM and less than 4,000 PPM sulfur, at least 800 PPM, less than 10,000 PPM ash and less than 450 PPM boron. In a second embodiment, an additive composition for lubricating oils is disclosed. In a third embodiment, a method of obtain a favorable lubricating properties is disclosed.

The drill/injector combination is comprised of a seedlings holder, a block restraint, a cavity tool apparatus, a metering apparatus, an injection apparatus and optionally, a bore closing apparatus. A high pressure gas discharge lamp system includes a high pressure discharge lamp selected to have a lowest lamp resonant frequency above the audible, on a current basis above about 19 kHz and on a power basis of above about 38 kHz. The ballast circuit energizes the discharge device so as to have a fundamental frequency below the lowest lamp resonant frequency and above the audible, while keeping the magnitude of any harmonics above the lowest lamp resonant frequency sufficiently small so as to avoid acoustic resonance. By operating below the lowest lamp resonant frequency, greatly simplifying ballast construction and cost. According to one embodiment, the discharge vessel encloses a discharge space which is circular cylindrical and having a L:ID ratio of about 1:1 to maximize the lowest lamp resonant frequency. According to another embodiment, two or more discharge devices are operated concurrently by the ballast, each having a lowest lamp resonant frequency of above the audible, and the ballast operating frequency so as to increase light output while still avoiding acoustic resonance.
