Abstract: A tension balance system for steel wire ropes on a friction hoisting driving end of an ultra-deep well includes a friction wheel, left and right guiding wheels, left and right steel wire ropes, left and right adjustment wheels, left and right rewinding wheels, left and right adjustment oil cylinders, a hydraulic pipeline, a pump station, a pipeline switch group, left and right hoisting containers, balance ropes, and reels. The friction wheel is disposed in the middle, the left and right adjustment wheels and the left and right rewinding wheels are circularly distributed around the friction wheel, the left and right guiding wheels, the left and right adjustment wheels, and left and right rewinding wheels are all symmetrically disposed on two sides of the friction wheel; both a quantity of left steel wire ropes and a quantity of right steel wire ropes are even numbers more than 2.

Abstract: A chain fault diagnosis system and a chain fault diagnosis method for a scraper conveyor are provided. The diagnosis system includes a strain rosette attached on a top end surface of each sprocket tooth of the scraper conveyor. The strain rosette is connected to a signal gathering unit fixed on a scraper conveyor roller through a shielded conductor, the signal gathering unit sends a gathered signal to a wireless receiving device by means of wireless transmission, and the wireless receiving device transmits the gathered signal obtained thereby to an industrial control computer through a USB interface. The diagnosis method includes the following three steps: chain dislocation/skip fault judgment, chain breakage fault judgment and chain seizure fault judgment. A comprehensive monitoring of the chain state of the scraper conveyor is performed by measuring strain magnitudes in different directions of the sprocket tooth in real-time, transmitting the gathered signal to the industrial control computer via a wireless transmission method and dynamically diagnosing the faults of seizure, dislocation, skip and breakage of the scraper conveyor chain based on the obtained strain data.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for estimating tension of a chain of a scraper conveyor, belonging to a method for estimating chain tension. The method comprises the following steps: embedding strain sensors in a plurality of scrapers of a scraper conveyor to measure the tension of weak coupling points between the scrapers and chains, converting acquired sensor signals into data signals through an A/D conversion unit, transmitting the data signals to a data control center using a wireless transmission module, further processing the tension data information of the weak coupling points through the data control center, establishing a chain tension distribution model, and determining an the estimated tension of the chain of the scraper conveyor. The method provided by the present invention is simple, efficient and practical, and the estimation of tension of the whole continuous moving chain is completed by the tension measurement at limited positions of the chain. The chain of the scraper conveyor is meshed with a sprocket and continuously moves in a middle trough and its tension also changes in real time along with the load; the strain sensors are arranged on the scrapers to measure the tension of the weak coupling points between the scrapers and the chains, and the estimation of tension of the whole chain is completed by tension measurement at limited positions on the chain.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a device for detecting idling time of a brake shoe of a monorail hoist and a detection method thereof. The device includes a contact detection unit, a common end roller unit, an idling time detection unit and detection lines. The contact detection unit installed on a brake of the monorail hoist includes a tube in connection with the brake shoe. The common end roller unit is installed on a frame of the monorail hoist and corresponds to a travelling track. A metal probe corresponding to the travelling track is arranged inside the tube. A limiting bolt corresponding to a raised cylindrical block formed on the metal probe is formed on an inner side wall of the tube. The metal probe is contactable with the travelling track or the limiting bolt when the brake shoe brakes.

Abstract: A gear-track-detachable driving device in a monorail crane for a steep slope includes a driving mechanism, a traveling mechanism, a four-bar linkage mechanism, a connection mechanism, a meshing track plate and transition track plates. The driving mechanism includes driving motors, meshing gears, a bearing rod, and a bearing plate. The traveling mechanism includes traveling wheels, clamping wheels, a shell and telescopic struts. The linkage mechanism includes first and second rockers, a linkage, and a cylinder. The connection mechanism includes fixation plates, a connection plate and connection bolts. When the crane travels to the slope front, the cylinder drives the linkage mechanism to send the meshing gears onto the transition track and adjusts the linkage mechanism into a dead point state, and the telescopic struts are locked. After the crane enters the slope, the meshing gears cooperate with the meshing track plate to provide an auxiliary drive for the crane.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system for monitoring a scraper chain based on a measurement on transmittance of a torsion spring and a method thereof. The system includes a sprocket-wheel torsion detection device, a fixing device, a wireless receiver, an A/D converter and an industrial computer. In the method, the relative torsion of the two sprocket wheels is converted into the density change of the torsion spring, the light transmission area is converted into the current value by the laser sensing panel, a varying range of the torsion spring is calculated by the industrial computer through the preset threshold and its own program to monitor the operating conditions of the chain. The method has a novel concept, a stable and reliable system, and a high promotion value.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a dynamic reliability evaluation method for coupling faults of a middle trough of a scraper conveyor. Approximation precision of a moment-based saddlepoint approximation method and a function attribute of dynamic t-copula are fully utilized, and the dynamic reliability evaluation method for the coupling faults of the middle trough of the scraper conveyor is provided, so that dynamic correlation between failure modes of the middle trough of the scraper conveyor under a small sample condition is more accurately described, and accuracy of dynamic reliability evaluation of the coupling faults of the middle trough of the scraper conveyor is improved.

Abstract: A device for cage jamming buffer of large-tonnage hoisting system of ultra-deep shaft is provided. End cage jamming buffer mechanisms are added at both ends of an automatic wire rope tension balancing mechanism, wherein the end cage jamming buffer mechanisms include an end buffer module and an end fixing module, and the end buffer module and the end fixing module are respectively mounted on shafts of the automatic wire rope tension balancing mechanisms at two ends. The end buffer module mainly consists of a buffer bearing pedestal, a limit block, a buffer block, and a stop block sequentially mounted on the shaft of the automatic wire rope tension balancing mechanism at one end. The end fixing module mainly consists of a fixing bearing pedestal and a fixing block mounted on the shaft, wherein the fixing bearing pedestal is connected to a transmission gear by an adjusting bolt, and the fixing block is located between the transmission gear and the fixing bolt.
