摘要: Disclosed herein is a process for preparing a high-purity magnesium carbonate by mixing magnesium oxide and carbon dioxide in a reactor under optimum supercritical reaction temperature and pressure. According to the process, a high-purity magnesium carbonate can be prepared efficiently by satisfying the supercritical reaction conditions, which are easily accomplished by using the internal pressure of a liquid carbon dioxide container for supplying carbon dioxide to the reactor without using a gas booster and a supercritical pump. Therefore, the process can minimize equipment investment costs and energy consumption.

摘要: During scalable MCTF encoding of a video signal divided into base and enhanced layers, a first derivative vector of a first motion vector, obtained through motion estimation, of an image block in an arbitrary frame in the enhanced layer is obtained based on the product of a derivation factor and a scaled one of a motion vector of a first block in a base layer frame not temporally coincident with the arbitrary frame. A second derivative vector of a second motion vector, obtained through motion estimation, of the image block is obtained based on the scaled vector and the first motion vector. Information allowing bidirectional motion vectors of the image block to be obtained from the derivative vectors is recorded in motion vector information of the image block. Using the correlation between motion vectors of temporally adjacent frames in different layers reduces the amount of coded motion vector data.

摘要: In one embodiment of the method of decoding an encoded video signal by inverse motion compensated temporal filtering (MCTF), a first image block of the encoded video signal is selectively subtracted from a second image block of the encoded video signal to obtain a decoded second image block. For example, the first image block may be an image block from a H frame in the encoded video signal, and the second image block may be an image block from a L frame in the encoded video signal.

摘要: In one embodiment, frame intervals of encoded frames represented by the encoded video signal are decoded, and at least one frame interval includes a different number of encoded frames as compared to another frame interval. Here, associated size information for each frame interval in the encoded video signal may be obtained, and then each frame interval is decoded based on the obtained associated size information.
