摘要: The present invention relates to inhibiting the activity of non-genotype 1 hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS3-NS4A protease activity. More particularly, the invention relates to inhibiting the activity of the protease from HCV genotype-2 or HCV genotype-3. The methods of the invention emply inhibitors that act by interfering with the life cycle of the HCV and are also useful as antiviral agents. The invention further relates to compositions comprising such compounds either for ex vivo use or for administration to a patient suffering from genotype-2 or genotype-3 HCV infection. The invention also relates to methods of treating an HCV infection in a patient by administering a composition comprising a compound of this invention.

摘要: A distributed Bragg reflector and a method of fabricating the same incorporates a support for supporting the gaps against collapse. The method includes forming a plurality of alternating structure and sacrificial layers on a substrate. The structure and sacrificial layers are etched into at least one mesa protruding from the substrate. A support layer is formed on the at least one mesa leaving a portion of the structure and sacrificial layers exposed. At least a portion of at least one of the exposed sacrificial layers are etched from between the structure layers to form gaps between the structure layers.

摘要: The invention provides compounds of formula I F-L-Q (I) where F comprises a fluorophore capable of absorbing energy at an excitation wavelength and, in the absence of a quencher, emitting energy at an emission wavelength, which is different than the excitation wavelength; Q comprises a quencher; L comprises a linker moiety having two ends, one end being covalently bound to F and the other end being covalently bound to Q. The compounds are capable of undergoing a reversible reaction (1), provided below: (1) where Q+ is an oxidized form of Q representing the absence of a quencher, Ox comprises an oxidizing agent, which is capable of oxidizing Q to its oxidized form Q, and Red comprises a reducing agent, which is capable of converting Q back to its reduced form Q. The compounds can undergo photo-induced electron transfer when irradiated with energy and when Q exists in its oxidized form, Q+. The invention also provides methods of detecting and determining the presence of analytes and/or hydrogen peroxide in a sample, as well as a substrate that comprises the compound of formula I.

摘要: A semiconductor detector device comprises a layer of semiconductor material for generating charge in response to an input event and an array of pixels for collecting charge. Tracks are connected to the pixels to supply signals representing the collected charge to a reader circuit. The pixels are grouped into sets, all the pixels within a set being connected to the same track, the sets of pixels being interwoven so that so that any group of n adjacent pixels capable of collecting charge generated by a single input event is connected to a combination of n tracks that is unique to the group of pixels, where n has a value of one of 2, 3 or 4. This allows detection of position of the area of charge collection on the basis of temporally coincident signals on a combination of at least n tracks.

摘要: The present invention publishes a method, a device and a system for storing SNS content. The method includes the following steps. A personal mobile device gathers two-dimensional barcode information from a computer and restores it into SNS information, wherein the SNS information includes SNS content, and the two-dimensional barcode information is obtained by converting the SNS information fetched from a SNS community with the computer. The personal mobile device stores the SNS content. The present invention improves the efficiency an accuracy of storing SNS content, and can further store the SNS content in a corresponding space according to the SNS type of the SNS content such that user can directly use the SNS content. For example, the user may directly dial the phone number in a contact list, or click a URL. The operation is simple and convenient, and the user's using experience is good.
