摘要: A toner with a glass transition point (Tg) before curing of not lower than 35° C., said toner comprising: a toner binder composed of a resin (I) selected from the group consisting of a cation-polymerizable thermoplastic resin (A) and a radical-polymerizable thermoplastic resin (B); and a colorant. The resins making up the toner binder are polymerizable ones and are cured in fixing the image on the support so that the number average molecular weight can be increased after the fixing step. That is, a toner binder with a low number average molecular weight can be used, and fixed at a low temperature and with low energy. Because of the low number average molecular weight, the toner is low in viscosity and excellent in gloss development and can produce high-quality multi-color images. Since the toner polymerizes and cures to increase in number average molecular weight while fixing, the hot offset is hardly caused, with a high fixing strength and an excellent wear resistance developed.

摘要: A toner comprising a toner binder and a colorant, composed of resin particles produced by causing an extension reaction and/or crosslinking reaction of a dispersion formed of a reactive group-containing prepolymer (&agr;) contained in an aqueous medium with an extension agent and/or a crosslinking agent (&bgr;). The toner has a Wadell practical sphericity of 0.90 to 1.00 and is superior in fluidity, transferability, the storage stability under heat, low temperature fixing ability and hot offset resistance.

摘要: In the antenna unit employed in a radio paging receiver, a helical antenna 1 which is positioned along one side of a circuit substrate 4 on which a receiver circuit 3 is mounted and has a main polarization direction formed by a single body of the helical antenna 1 in the Z-axis direction, and a dipole antenna which has a main polarization direction formed by the helical antenna 1 and the circuit substrate 4 on the Y-axis direction are constructed. The non-directional direction characteristic which has a high antenna gain in all directions in the free space by compensating null points in the directivity mutually with use of the antennas whose main polarization directions are intersected substantially orthogonally.

摘要: A ZrO2—Al2O3 composite ceramic material having excellent wear resistance, hardness, strength and toughness is provided. This ceramic material comprises a ZrO2 phase composed of 90 vol % or more of tetragonal ZrO2, and containing 10 to 12 mol % of CeO2 as a stabilizer, and an Al2O3 phase. An amount of the Al2O3 phase in the ceramic material is in a range of 20 to 70 vol %, and preferably 40 to 70 vol %. In the composite ceramic material, Al2O3 grains each having a fine ZrO2 grain therein are dispersed. Some of the Al2O3 grains each having the fine ZrO2 grain therein are trapped within ZrO2 grains to form composite grains. A ratio of the number of the Al2O3 grains each having the fine ZrO2 grain therein relative to the number of the entire Al2O3 grains dispersed in the composite ceramic material is 10% or more, and preferably 50% or more.
