摘要: A flexo direct printing plate is engraved in two processes. One is a precision engraving process for irradiating the flexo direct printing plate at a precision engraving pixel pitch with a precision engraving beam having a small diameter, to engrave the plate to a maximum depth. The other is a coarse engraving process for irradiating the flexo direct printing plate at a coarse engraving pixel pitch larger than the precision engraving pixel pitch, with a coarse engraving beam having a large diameter, to engrave the plate to a relief depth.

摘要: An optical beam scanning apparatus includes a beam-to-beam distance adjuster (300) for rotationally displacing a beam splitter (301). The beam-to-beam distance adjuster (300) comprises three arm members (312, 313, 314) which are linked to each other through notch portions (323, 324). A member (315) is linked to the arm member (313). The beam splitter (301) is secured on the member (315) from which a plate spring (316) extends. A projection member (317) is provided between a leading edge portion of the plate spring (316) and the arm member (314). A rotation angle of the beam splitter (301) can be changed by actuating three arm members (312, 313, 314) in link motion, whereby a beam-to-beam distance between two beams (B.sub.a, B.sub.b) can be also changed.

摘要: A digital camera is provided with a data amount detector and a clock control circuit. The data amount detector detects the amount of image data stored in an SDRAM in capturing a moving image. The clock control circuit controls a transfer speed of the image data from the SDRAM to a memory card by changing a frequency of a system clock based on the detecting result from the data amount detector. When the data amount is less than a first threshold value set near a lower limit of a memory capacity of the SDRAM, the clock control circuit reduces the data transfer speed by lowering the frequency of the system clock; meanwhile, the data amount is more than a second threshold value set near an upper limit of the memory capacity of the SDRAM, the clock control circuit accelerates the transfer speed by raising the frequency of the system clock.

摘要: A YC separation filter of 3-dimensional YC separation for separating a luminance signal and a chromatic signal adaptively to motion of picture image. The YC Separation filter controls frame delay operation of an input composite video signal per clock period based on an hd signal generated from a sub carrier phase of input composite video signal, and controls frame delay operation of the input composite-video signal per period less than 1 clock by compensation filter based on a sampling phase detection result of the input signal, one frame delayed signal and two frames delayed signal. The YC separation filter obtains one frame delayed signal and two frames delayed signal synchronized to the phase of input composite video signal even the system clock is not synchronized to the input composite video signal.

摘要: A clock signal producing device produces a clock signal, which is in synchronism with an inputted reference signal and has a frequency other than a frequency of an integer multiple of the reference signal or other than a frequency of the reference signal divided by an integer. The clock signal producing device is provided with the low pass filter (LFP) 4 and the frequency dividing section 10 comprising the phase calculation section 1, the sinusoidal calculation section 2, and the D/A (digital to analog) converting section 3. An output signal of the LPF 4 is supplied to the phase comparator 5. The phase calculation section 1 calculates a phase .theta. (nT) of the reference signal S.sub.REF separately in a integer part and in a decimal part at a time of generation t=nT, where "n" is an integer and T is a period of the clock signal S.sub.CL, and outputs a value of the integer part as a digital phase value. The sinusoidal calculation section 2 converts the digital phase value into an amplitude value of a sinusoidal wave signal. The amplitude value is converted from digital to analog and supplied to the phase comparator 5.

摘要: An adding portion 105 superposes a density signal (a signal having its level changing in accordance with a density of a printed image) from a density signal generator 101 on a carry signal (a signal in the form of a sine wave having a prescribed frequency and a prescribed amplitude) from a carry signal generator 102 to generate an engraving signal. A stylus included in an engraving head 21 reciprocatively vibrates according to the applied engraving signal to engrave cells on a gravure cylinder rotating in the main scanning direction. A sub-scanning motor 107 moves the engraving head 21 in a sub-scanning direction perpendicular to the main scanning direction every time cells for one line in the main scanning direction of the gravure cylinder have been engraved. At this time, the moved amount of the engraving head 21 in the sub-scanning direction is controlled so that cells adjacent in the sub-scanning direction partially overlap with each other in every other line.

摘要: An optical beam scanning system for scanning photosensitive material (1) comprises a laser (201), a beam splitter (204) for producing multibeams (LB.sub.a, LB.sub.b), AOM's (207a, 207b), a multibeam adjuster (300) for turning the multibeams to intersect each other at a prescribed point (P.sub.C), a horizontal expander (211), an AOD (213), a vertical expander (214), a deflection direction adjuster (400) for rotating a deflection direction of the multibeams, and a variable focusing mechanism (500) comprising a plurality of object lenses (501-504). A pixel pitch and a spot diameter on the photosensitive material can be changed separately from each other by exchanging the object lenses and by adjusting an angle of intersection of multibeams (B.sub.a, B.sub.b) by means of the multibeam adjuster. Cylindrical lenses of the horizontal and vertical expanders are so positioned that they compensate a cylindrical lensing effect of the AOD.
