A substrate treatment device for selectively growing an epitaxial film on a surface of a substrate by alternately supplying a raw material gas containing silicon and an etching gas to a treatment chamber, the substrate treatment device being provided with a substrate support member for supporting the substrate in the treatment chamber, a heating member provided outside the treatment chamber for heating the substrate and an atmosphere of the treatment chamber, a gas supply system provided inside the treatment chamber, and a discharge port opened on the treatment chamber, wherein the gas supply system comprises first gas supply nozzles for supplying the raw material gas and second gas supply nozzles for supplying the etching gas.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a conductive paste useful for making conductors, including microcircuit conductors, and terminations for capacitors, resistors and piezo-electric transducer elements. The paste comprises an inert liquid vehicle having a metal powder and a glass powder both dispersed therein and is printed and fired in the conventional manner on dielectric substrates. The metal powder comprises an alloy powder, each particle comprising Cu, Al, and at least one of Zn and Ag. The first film of the paste is practically resistant to corrosion and practically conductive and the paste can be produced economically.

    摘要: The present invention provides a novel radiosensitizer or anti-cancer chemotherapy sensitizer. In particular, the invention provides a radiosensitizer or anti-cancer chemotherapy sensitizer that can relieve the irritation of an affected area caused by hydrogen peroxide, is safe when injected into a human body, and can delay or reduce the degradation of hydrogen peroxide and thereby can efficiently exert a radiation sensitizing effect and an anti-cancer chemotherapy sensitizing effect.     摘要: A secondary arc extinction device is disclosed for an electrical power system which includes a bus bar, an electrical power line connected to the bus bar and a protective relay device. A first reactance is provided with each phase so that one terminal of the first reactance is connected to a respective phase of the power line. A transformer which has a primary winding connected between the second terminal of the first reactance and ground is further provided and a second reactance is connected to the secondary winding of the transformer. A control device provides for control of the second reactance in response to a signal from the protective relay.
