Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for enhancing measurement in a wireless communication system. The method includes: obtaining, according to a measurement period or triggered by an event, a measurement amount, where the measurement amount includes a ratio of a valid signal based on a reference signal to a non-valid signal based on the reference signal measured based on the reference signal; reporting the measurement amount to a base station; or performing cell selection or cell reselection according to the measurement amount.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a positioning processing method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: acquiring coexistence interference information of a terminal; instructing, according to the coexistence interference information, the terminal to perform measurement on a suitable positioning signal resource; and positioning the terminal based on a positioning measurement result reported by the terminal. According to the positioning processing method, apparatus, and system provided in the embodiments of the present invention, precision of terminal positioning can be improved.
Abstract:
A handover processing method, apparatus, and system include: receiving a first handover trigger message sent by a first network element node; and sending a second handover trigger message to a second network element node according to the first handover trigger message, so that the second network element node hands over user equipment UE from the first network element node to the second network element node according to the second handover trigger message. Handover between small cells or between a small cell and a macro cell is implemented, and because a controller is used to perform handover, a handover delay is effectively reduced, and network performance is improved.

Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide an access system, a device, and a method, and relate to the field of communications technologies, where the system includes: at least one control device, at least one user equipment (UE), and at least one base station. The at least one base station includes a specified base station. The control device determines, according to resource status information of each base station and service information, a target base station and a resource that should be provided; sends an access response to the specified base station. The embodiments of the present invention coordinate a resource of each base station, thereby increasing resource utilization, and improving quality of service and a system throughput. Moreover, because the resource status information of each base station has been acquired, interference caused by access of new UE can be avoided.

Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for positioning a user equipment. The method includes receiving positioning measurement information sent by a base station. The positioning configuration information includes a sum of a difference between receiving time and sending time on the UE and a difference between receiving time and sending time on the base station. A round trip time between the intermediate node that sends the CRS and the UE is calculated according to the positing in formation. A position of the UE is determined using position coordinates of the intermediate node that sends the CRS and the round trip time.
Abstract:
A method using OTDOA for positioning a mobile station includes: transmitting to the mobile station an OTDOA capability request message to inquire about a communication system format supported by the mobile station and signal reception quality information of each base station of a communication system supported, where the OTDOA capability request message includes a plurality of communication formats existent in a current service area of the mobile station and corresponding signal reception quality information, provided for the mobile station to select based on the communication system format supported by the mobile station; receiving an OTDOA support capability message returned by the mobile station, where the OTDOA support capability message includes the communication system format supported by the mobile station and corresponding signal reception quality; sending to the mobile station auxiliary positioning information based on the communication system format supported by the mobile station and the corresponding signal reception quality.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method, an apparatus, and a system for user equipment positioning. The method includes, during positioning measurement of the UE, when the UE needs to be handed over from a source node to a target node, receiving, by the target node, user identification information of the UE; sending, by the target node, an indication of not notifying a positioning server to an MME; after the UE is handed over to the target node, performing, by the target node, positioning measurement on the UE according to the user identification information, and reporting obtained positioning measurement data and the user identification information to the positioning server.
Abstract:
An interference cancellation method, data sending method, apparatus, user equipment and base station in a Long Term Evolution system are disclosed. The interference cancellation method includes: obtaining downlink cell-specific power ratio information of a specific cell; performing channel estimation based on a downlink cell-specific reference signal (CRS) of the specific cell, to obtain a channel estimation matrix of a specific physical channel, signal, or message of the specific cell; compensating the channel estimation matrix by using the downlink cell-specific power ratio information; and canceling, in an original signal that is received from a target cell and is interfered by the specific cell, interference caused by the specific cell in a received signal from a specific physical channel, signal, or message. A technical problem in the prior art that a user equipment cannot effectively cancel interference because power transmission strength of a strong interfering cell cannot be correctly estimated is solved.
